We are proud to support a global and growing community of over 2 million businesses, comprised of agencies, consultants, and businesses of all sizes and industries. HighLevel empowers users with all the tools needed to capture, nurture, and close new leads into repeat customers. As of mid 2025, HighLevel processes over 15 billion API hits and handles more than 2.5 billion message events every day. Our platform manages over 470 terabytes of data distributed across five databases, operates with a network of over 250 microservices, and supports over 1 million domain names.

As of mid 2025, our platform powers over 1.5 billion messages, helps generate over 200 million leads, and facilitates over 20 million conversations for the more than 2 million businesses we serve each month. Aira is building a new medium for interacting with AI. We don’t believe chatting is the final interface, or that every question should be answered with a wall of text.

We’re bringing together a hand-drawn character that feels alive, a screen the AI can shape, voice, animation and music. Aira can guide you through an activity, explain something visually, keep useful information on screen and take actions on your behalf. The goal is to give you the best answer in the best way, adapted to your situation.

Imagine an AI that guides you through cooking or a workout, knows when to speak and when to wait, and shows you how a step should be done. Now imagine that same care applied across the things you do every day, alongside an agent that can help make reservations and buy what you need with your confirmation.

We believe AI is the biggest equaliser, but its everyday consumer experience is still being figured out. We’re building Aira to change that and make AI something people naturally use daily.

We’re a small team based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, building towards a San Francisco launch this month.

Founders

The team is made of Staff engineers, Senior Managers with a combined 25+ years of experience in Google, Uber, Flipkart and ShareChat.

Sundar is an IITM CS Graduate. Previously, he built Traffic Models, Driver positioning algos that power ETAs for Uber, led teams that built the RecSys for Moj(Indian equivalent of TikTok with >100M users), and represented India in ACM ICPC World Finals.

Anand is a Bits Pilani CS Graduate. Previously he has worn hats including building the first supply chain management of Flipkart in 2012 and being in the first 100 eng, running a FinTech startup for 1.5 years, managing large teams eng at Uber and building the pickup experience for Uber.

Vinod is a Bits Pilani EE Graduate. Previously he was a senior manager at Google managing data science,analytics and operations functions for products across several verticals like assitant,search, trust.
