Urban Venue is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage online presence, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness for venue and events business.

The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and running online advertisements to drive reach and conversions.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in digital marketing, and the ability to optimize campaigns for better performance.

 Key Responsibilities

l Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization's website

l Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connection with customers

l Monitor company presence on social media

l Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness.

l Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google,Linkedin)

l Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for events & bookings

l Generate leads through paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

l Handle SEO & improve website visibility

l Create engaging content (posts, reels, captions, creatives)

l Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports

l Coordinate with design and sales team for promotions

l Manage online listings (Google My Business, Justdial, etc.)

l Coordinate with Agency.

Requirements

u Min 3 years experience in Digital Marketing

u Knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads

u Basic understanding of SEO.

u Good communication & content writing skills.

u Experience in events/hospitality industry preferred.

Qualification

Ø Graduate in Marketing / Business / Related field

Ø Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred)

Ø Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts

Ø Strong creative and analytical skills

 Salary

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience)
