The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and feasibility studies.
• Support testing phases by validating requirements and ensuring UAT readiness.
• Coordinate with project managers to monitor timelines and deliverables.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, payments, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and Visio (or similar).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA are an added advantage.

JD:

• 2–3 years of experience in IT systems administration, security, or cloud support.
• Working knowledge of endpoint protection tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or Oracle Cloud).
• Basic experience with VMware/virtualization and backup solutions.
• Exposure to Active Directory, SharePoint, or O365 administration.

We are looking for driven and detail-oriented Business Analysts to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and driving product implementations for our Lending solutions. You will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of lending products and gain in-depth knowledge of Stitch’s solutions.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients and translate business needs into clear, structured documentation such as Business Solution Documents (BSDs), ser stories, test cases, etc.
• Work closely with the technology team to ensure accurate knowledge transfer and alignment on implementation plans.
• Act as the single point of contact for the customer throughout the implementation lifecycle, owning timelines and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex projects across product, engineering, and operations.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project reviews using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Track progress, manage risk, and proactively identify and resolve issues or blockers.
• Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in fintech or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Notion, Asana).
• Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Familiarity with fintech products such as APIs, payments, identity verification, or financial data is a plus.
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are advantageous but not required.

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Java Front-End Project Manager to lead and deliver complex web application projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development using Java-based frameworks, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of front-end projects built on Java-based frameworks (e.g., JSP, JSF, Spring MVC, Vaadin, etc.)
• Coordinate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure on-time and quality releases
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture
• Oversee sprint planning, task estimation, resource allocation, and risk management
• Track project milestones, budgets, and KPIs, reporting regularly to senior leadership
• Ensure best practices in front-end development, including responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on front-end development using Java technologies

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end tools/libraries (React, Angular, Vue preferred)
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proven track record of managing full SDLC and delivering enterprise-scale applications
