We are looking for driven and detail-oriented Business Analysts to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and driving product implementations for our Lending solutions. You will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of lending products and gain in-depth knowledge of Stitch’s solutions.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients and translate business needs into clear, structured documentation such as Business Solution Documents (BSDs), ser stories, test cases, etc.
- Work closely with the technology team to ensure accurate knowledge transfer and alignment on implementation plans.
- Act as the single point of contact for the customer throughout the implementation lifecycle, owning timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – including training end-users and guiding them through the UAT process.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth go-live.

You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing projects in collaboration with internal teams and clients. Your ability to manage timelines, align cross functional teams, and ensure compliance with financial regulations will be essential to the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex projects across product, engineering, and operations.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project reviews using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Track progress, manage risk, and proactively identify and resolve issues or blockers.
- Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant fintech regulations and security standards.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in fintech or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Notion, Asana).
- Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Familiarity with fintech products such as APIs, payments, identity verification, or financial data is a plus.
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are advantageous but not required.
JavaJob Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Java Front-End Project Manager to lead and deliver complex web application projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development using Java-based frameworks, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of front-end projects built on Java-based frameworks (e.g., JSP, JSF, Spring MVC, Vaadin, etc.)
- Coordinate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure on-time and quality releases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture
- Oversee sprint planning, task estimation, resource allocation, and risk management
- Track project milestones, budgets, and KPIs, reporting regularly to senior leadership
- Ensure best practices in front-end development, including responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility
- Conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
- Manage third-party vendors, contractors, and off-shore teams when necessary
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on front-end development using Java technologies
- Solid understanding of Java-based front-end frameworks (e.g., JSP, JSF, Vaadin, GWT, Spring MVC)
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end tools/libraries (React, Angular, Vue preferred)
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven track record of managing full SDLC and delivering enterprise-scale applications
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities
