LeadershipWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead health and wellness initiatives that improve operational efficiency, patient/client experience, and program outcomes. This role will oversee projects from planning through execution while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and monitor health and wellness projects.
● Coordinate cross-functional teams (clinical, operations, HR, vendors).
● Manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
● Track KPIs and report progress to leadership.
● Work closely with the Director and CMO.
Qualification
● Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field.
● 1+ year of project management experience in healthcare and wellness.
● Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
● PMP certification preferred (Project Management Institute).
Who This Is Perfect For
● Someone who is experienced in Fast- growing startups , ideally exposed to the 0-1 and 1-100 journeys.
● Been a ninja at building alignment by influence.
● Augmenting the business unit leaders in solving key problems. Who will act as a consultant to help multiple business lines and plug any gaps needed for the business to succeed.
