We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-onSalesforce Lead Developer to lead enterprise Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, integrations, and platform modernization programs.

The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with deep Salesforce platform expertise, proven experience managing development teams, and the ability to architect scalable solutions for complex business environments. This role requires ownership across the full delivery lifecycle — from solution design and technical governance to deployment and stakeholder management.

You will work closely with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive successful Salesforce implementations while mentoring developers and enforcing engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

Lead Salesforce development teams across multiple projects and initiatives.

Provide technical direction, architecture guidance, and code review oversight.

Drive best practices for Salesforce development, deployment, and governance.

Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers.

Collaborate with Solution Architects and business stakeholders to define scalable technical solutions.

Salesforce Solution Development

Design, develop, and implement enterprise Salesforce solutions using:

· Apex

· Lightning Web Components (LWC)

· Salesforce Flow

· Visualforce

· SOQL/SOSL

· REST/SOAP APIs

Build reusable frameworks and scalable platform components.

Develop custom business logic and UI solutions to support business operations.

Platform Optimization & Modernization

Analyzeexisting Salesforce orgs andidentifyopportunities for optimization and refactoring.

Lead modernization efforts including:

Migration from Workflow Rules/Process Builder to Flows

Trigger consolidation and optimization

Code refactoring and technical debt reduction

Governance and performance improvements

Ensure platform scalability, maintainability, and compliance with Salesforce best practices.

Integration & Enterprise Systems

Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and third-party enterprise applications.

Design and implement API-based integrations with billing systems, analytics platforms, ERP systems, and customer service tools.

Ensure secure and reliable integration architecture.

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud

Lead implementation and enhancement initiatives across:

Support lead-to-cash, quote-to-order, case management, and customer support processes.

Configure Omni-Channel routing, service consoles, and automation workflows.

Delivery Management

Ensure high-quality deliverables through proper testing and review processes.

• Provides specialist level functional and configuration support in designing SAP solutions in the areas of SAP PS, PPM.

• Understands the business processes and how the application functions and applies this knowledge to solve problems.

• Act as technical expert within the Project systems team, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions.

• Develops Functional specification and works with technical resources to complete object development and testing.

• Support in document and execute Unit tests, integration and User acceptance testing.

• Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality.

• Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements/new functionality and perform application research.

• Provides alternatives based on best practices and SAP functionality.

• Work with the Service Desk to facilitate incident & problem resolution.

• 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP configuration with minimum Three End-to-End Implementations and at least three Support Projects.
• Good configuration knowledge of PS structures - WBS, Standard structures, Cost planning, Budgeting, Goods movement, Period-end processing – Settlement.
• Experience in Implementing or support of Portfolio and Project management (PPM) and its integration with Project Systems module.
• Sound knowledge of SAP PS integration with other modules such as FI-CO-MM and other SAP solutions such as SAP Ariba and Concur is required.
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• Global client exposure is a must.
• SAP Certification in PS and PPM modules will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of using SAP Solution Manager for managing projects and change management.

3DEXPERIENCE on Cloud, ENOVIA, NETVIBES

1) 10+ years of Experience in the PLM Industry, with proficient in 3DExperience Platform

2) Strong Dassault Product knowledge across Dassault Brands (e.g. ENOVIA, DELMIA, NETVIBES) and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform is a required. Both On-Cloud and OnPrem.

3) Customer Requirements collecting, Documenting and management. PLM Use Case and process creations and definition, having excellent understanding of business data and process requirements. Experience in performing PoCs, Demonstrations and scope definition.

4) Good understanding of Different modules and technical Skill with hands on experience on different 3DExperience Brands.

5) Understand master data principles and technical overlaps among digital platforms, from PLM to ERP, MES, SCM, etc

6) Able to deal with complexity and simplify things, develop and maintain a 360 degree "big picture" view of the solution.

7) Good understanding of migration into 3DEXPERIENCE with relevant experience in the same and also on environment setup, data migration strategy and validation.

8) Have in-depth understanding of design patterns, coding and customization languages, middleware and other IT principles and able to interface openly with other IT Architects on such matters.

9) Ability to assess existing technologies and tools, and all technical building blocks.

10) It is an advantage if having experience in a global company with IT, Engineering or Manufacturing and having interest and experience in implementing PLM.

· Strategy & Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to define end-to-end migration strategies, including data mapping, transformation, and validation rules.

· Technical Execution: Utilize tools like SQL DB, CSV2TCXML, IPS Upload, and ETL tools to migrate CAD and metadata.

· Customization: Develop custom migration solutions using BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE), ITK (Integration Toolkit), and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture).

· Project Leadership: Break down projects into manageable work packages, leading both onsite and offshore teams.

· Validation & Quality: Perform validation checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy post-migration.

· Integration Support: Manage CAD integrations (NX, Inventor, Creo) and PLM integrations (T4S, T4O, T4EA).
