We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-onSalesforce Lead Developer to lead enterprise Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, integrations, and platform modernization programs.
The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with deep Salesforce platform expertise, proven experience managing development teams, and the ability to architect scalable solutions for complex business environments. This role requires ownership across the full delivery lifecycle — from solution design and technical governance to deployment and stakeholder management.
You will work closely with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive successful Salesforce implementations while mentoring developers and enforcing engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership
Lead Salesforce development teams across multiple projects and initiatives.
Provide technical direction, architecture guidance, and code review oversight.
Drive best practices for Salesforce development, deployment, and governance.
Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers.

Integration & Enterprise Systems
Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and third-party enterprise applications.

1) 10+ years of Experience in the PLM Industry, with proficient in 3DExperience Platform
2) Strong Dassault Product knowledge across Dassault Brands (e.g. ENOVIA, DELMIA, NETVIBES) and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform is a required. Both On-Cloud and OnPrem.
3) Customer Requirements collecting, Documenting and management. PLM Use Case and process creations and definition, having excellent understanding of business data and process requirements. Experience in performing PoCs, Demonstrations and scope definition.
4) Good understanding of Different modules and technical Skill with hands on experience on different 3DExperience Brands.
5) Understand master data principles and technical overlaps among digital platforms, from PLM to ERP, MES, SCM, etc
6) Able to deal with complexity and simplify things, develop and maintain a 360 degree "big picture" view of the solution.
