Designation – Finance Head Department Accounts & Finance Reporting to MD Location Mulund West Education Qualification / Preference CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) Overall duties and responsibilities • Lead all finance, treasury, and fund management functions across the organization. • Independently prepare and manage banking proposals for working capital, term loans, and export credit facilities (renewals, enhancements, documentation). • Handle LCs, buyer’s credit, packing credit, bill discounting, and forex exposure. • Manage cash flow planning, fund utilization, and interest cost optimization. • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis to support management decisions. • Present monthly MIS reports and variance analysis to senior management. • Oversee finalization of accounts, audits, and ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, and FEMA regulations. • Enforce financial discipline across procurement, production, and sales. • Implement and monitor ERP-based financial controls and real time reporting. Liaise effectively with banks, auditors, and financial institutions for smooth operations and timely approvals Work Experience/Knowledge • CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with 12–18 years’ experience in manufacturing and export-oriented companies. • Proven record of independently handling banking relationships and proposals for limits of ₹100–300+ crore. • Strong knowledge of working capital management, trade finance, and forex operations. • Excellent financial planning, analytical, and negotiation skills. • Proficient in ERP-based financial reporting and data-driven decision-making. Hands-on, proactive leader capable of guiding accounting, costing, and commercial teams

As a Senior Engineer, you’ll ensure that projects don’t just get built — they get shipped. You’ll be the driving force behind architecture design, technical decision-making, project delivery, and stakeholder communication.
