Job Title:YouTube & WhatsApp Operations Executive

Location: Onsite – Kota, Rajasthan

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on skills & experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and tech-comfortable person to handle the daily operations of our YouTube channels and WhatsApp communities for “Yoga by Renu Tayal” and “TUTRAIN.”

This is an execution and management role, not a strategy or growth planning position. The main focus is to ensure all online platforms run smoothly and tasks are handled on time.

Key Responsibilities YouTube Channel Operations

• Handle YouTube Live sessions from a technical side
• Plan and execute YouTube content strategy (long videos, Shorts, live sessions)
• Upload and manage videos and live sessions
• Monitor comments and live chat
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Keep channel properly organized and updated

YouTube Channel Membership Strategy (After Monetization)

• Plan and help launch YouTube Channel Memberships
• Suggest member benefits (exclusive content, live sessions, badges, etc.)
• Align content strategy to convert viewers into paid members
• Support long-term YouTube monetization growth

WhatsApp Community Management

• Manage WhatsApp groups and communities
• Post updates, messages, and announcements as instructed
• Respond to basic queries or forward them to the team
• Keep the groups active and well-managed
• Add or remove members as required

Lead & Data Handling

• Maintain records of leads received from YouTube and WhatsApp
• Update data in Excel/Google Sheets
• Coordinate with team members for follow-ups

Website Coordination

• Share content and updates with website developer as instructed
• Check that updates are done properly
• Help upload basic content if required

General Digital Support

• Ensure all links, forms, and pages are working properly
• Assist in online session setup when needed
• Support the team in day-to-day digital tasks

Skills & Requirements

Must Have:

• Advance knowledge of YouTube platform
• Comfortable using WhatsApp groups and communities
• Good computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets, internet tools)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible and able to follow instructions properly

Preferred:

• Basic understanding of social media platforms
• Experience in handling online communities
• Basic knowledge of Canva or simple design tools

We are looking for a Senior Video Editor Specialist who can take ownership of our video content strategy and deliver professional, engaging, and performance-driven videos across platforms.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Video Editor Specialist with strong expertise in advanced video editing, motion graphics, storytelling, and digital content optimization. This role requires someone who can not only edit videos but also shape visual narratives, guide junior editors, and elevate the overall video quality of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the editing and production of high-quality short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, social media, ads, and website
• Create educational videos, promotional campaigns, brand stories, testimonials, reels, and live session highlights
• Design and integrate advanced motion graphics, animated titles, transitions, and visual effects
• Perform professional-level color grading, audio enhancement, and sound design
• Optimize videos according to platform algorithms (YouTube retention editing, hook-based reels, etc.)
• Work closely with content, marketing, and branding teams to translate concepts into compelling video formats
• Supervise video structure, pacing, and storytelling to maximize engagement
• Use AI-powered tools to enhance editing workflows, subtitles, voiceovers, and visual improvements
• Maintain brand consistency across all video assets
• Organize, manage, and maintain video project libraries and templates
• Contribute creative ideas for video campaigns, series formats, and content strategy

Required Tools & Technical ExpertiseVideo Editing Tools

Audio & Enhancement

• Basic to intermediate audio mixing and background score balancing

Experience Required

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in advanced video editing and motion graphics
• Proven portfolio of high-quality digital video content
• Experience handling YouTube, Instagram Reels, and performance marketing videos

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

• Experience in EdTech, e-learning, or educational content
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and audience retention techniques
• Experience working with YouTube live session edits and highlight cuts
• Basic knowledge of thumbnail psychology and video packaging
• Ability to guide or mentor junior editors
