Job Title: Executive - Sales Documentation

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Assistant Manager - Sales / Sales Manager

Location: Hosur

Experience Range: 2-5 Years

Position Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

A team member in sales execution process responsible for preparing Export / Sales documentation along with ISO Documentation. Would be responsible for customer order follow-up and co-ordination with dispatch team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Any additional certifications or coursework in sales is an advantage.

Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Export documentation/Sales admin work

• Good communication skill (Both written & verbal)

• Good experience with MS Office & email communication

• Female candidates are preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Export / Sales Documentation

• Post-sales documentation handling

• ISO Documentation

• Co-ordination with Dispatch Team
