IPsoft, formed in 1998, is a leading managed services provider, offering a complete solution to enterprise customers for outsourcing global Internet operations. IPsoft deploys, manages, secures, scales, and monitors e-business systems using its unique automation technology, which automates functions otherwise done manually; thereby delivering higher quality, cost savings, and increased flexibility. IPsoft manages its systems via a worldwide network of data centers and Network Operations Centers located in North America, Europe and India.
The strength of IPsoft comes from its ability to leverage advanced automation technology to provide financially accredited uptime guarantees for its clients. This is the reason why some of the world’s largest global 1000 companies, such as Pepsico, Knightridder, DuPont Dow, Cable & Wireless, Coldwell Banker, Macy’s, Pfizer and Footstar have entrusted their systems, network and database architecture in the hands of IPsoft.
IPsoft contracts with its customers are 3 to 5 year fixed-term contracts based on recurring monthly revenue obligations of the customers.
