WORK BRIEF Envisage and implement the technical vision, lead all aspects of technology- design, development, integration and deployment of products and implement them across Web and mobile platforms. Understand Business processes, Identify problem areas in various business functions, conceptualize the solution and define specifications for the product to be developed. Build and manage a top class in house team and outsourced partners for technology and business development. LOCATION: RT Nagar, Bangalore COMPENSATION: Equal Profit Sharing in Gulf eSoft LLP. Currently we are breaking even. Salary numbers are estimated when we start generating profits. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Responsible for timely, within budget and successfully delivery of technology solutions for the organization and clients. 2) Responsible for entire ecommerce technology setup (back end & front end) and maintenance for all clients, especially in the Middle East 3) Build, manage and guide a team on the software development and engineering professionals. 4) Drive growth by generating and closing new business opportunities REQUIREMENTS 1.Profound knowledge in ecommerce platforms such as Opencart, Magento, Shopify, Woocommerce etc 2.Very strong knowledge of OOPS & MVC design patterns & frameworks. 3.Good knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, Linux, jQuery,Bootstrap, AJAX, MySQL, XML & JSON. 4.Excellent understanding of complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) 5.Strong SQL skills with the ability to understand, analyze, DB design and write complex SQL queries and tuning the queries for optimization. 6.Experience working in an agile development methodology. 7.Experience in working with API's with knowledge of REST, SOAP architecture principles.
