Responsibilities
● Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that
lead to intuitive user experiences.
● Design and deliver wireframes and mock UI screens that are optimized for a wide
range of devices and interfaces. Well aware of the responsive design approach.
● Facilitate the product vision by researching, user-testing the experiences and
understanding the user motivation for a better long term execution of briefs.
● Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
● Collaboratively work with the Game Designer to get to the best output. -> UX
solutions
● Maintaining file hygiene and following the process that aids the team work in
sync and provide consistent outputs is key.
● Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Requirements
● 4 or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates
who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital
environments.
● Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma is a must. Basic knowledge of
how responsive works on different device sizes.
● Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently, intelligently and quickly
● Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and
solutions to internal team members and cross functional teams. -> Clear
communication skills
● A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design
thinking.
● A good grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting heuristic
analysis, usability tests and solving accessibility concerns with the help of Sr
members of the team.
● Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a
deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
● Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas
into concrete design implications.
● Be passionate about resolving user pain points.
● Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage a talented Engineering Team of 8+ members.
● Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and assist them in
their career progression. Set OKRs, progress checks and do performance
evaluations.
● Manage the development pipeline to deliver features on schedule while
maintaining a high bar for quality. Closely Interact with other functions such as
PM, Design, UI/UX, Art, QA, and deliver planned features.
● Perform Design reviews, Code reviews and deliver high-quality games.
● Create a solid Tech backlog that involves modernizing the tech stack, set goals
for performance improvements, game stability and improvements. Establish Best
Process and Development Practices and drive the centre of excellence for the
teams.
● Updates with new technology trends and constantly adopts them to improve the
games.
● Facilitate and create problem solving culture in the team.
● Be obsessed about players and giving the best experience to our players.
● Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
Requirements:
● Should have 8+ years of professional experience in mobile, development using
C++, C#, PYTHON, GO Lang, Javascript.
● Should have 2+ years of experience in managing teams, including hiring,
mentoring and building strong teams.
● Shown ability to motivate teams and operate effectively in a fast-paced,
high-energy environment.
● Exposure to using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
● Good communication skills, interpersonal skills with experience in building
strong internal relationships.
● Good Analytical, Problem solving and Debugging skills.
● Hands on experience in Designing, Coding and release management.
