About the Founders

The company is led by Kashish Sharma, who serves as the CEO. Initially incubated within AngelList India, EquityList began as a project to build tools for founders to help them manage cap tables and stock options. Under Kashish's leadership, the platform has evolved into a comprehensive operating system for businesses to manage everything equity and shareholder-related.

About the Funding

EquityList secured a significant seed funding round of $2.2 million in September 2023. The round saw participation from notable investors including AngelList India, Unpopular Ventures, Republic, and Hustle Fund, along with Mana Ventures and several prominent angel investors. This investment came at a crucial time when EquityList had established itself as an independent entity after being incubated within AngelList India.
