Strategic Leadership:
- Spearhead the development and execution of new features for Enpass across B2C and B2B segments, ensuring they align with business objectives and address evolving market needs.
Market Expansion:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the password management and passwordless authentication industries. Leverage market insights to uncover new growth areas and guide product development initiatives.
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and analysis to final release and ongoing maintenance.
Customer-Centric Innovation:
- Drive continuous product innovation by closely integrating user feedbackinto the development process. This ensures Enpass remains at the forefront of the password management industry by offering solutions that anticipate and address user needs.
Product Leadership:
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new features and product updates, and oversee their seamless execution across all departments. This fosters a cohesive product launch experience.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Foster strong collaboration with all levels of the organization, bridging the gap between technical teams and business units. This facilitates informed strategic decision-making and streamlines product development.
Team Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams comprised of engineers, marketing specialists, salespeople, and customer support representatives to cultivate a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
User Experience:
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to design and develop intuitive and user-friendly products that provide a seamless experience for all users.
Marketing, Product Communication & Branding:
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop a strong brand identity for Enpass that resonates well with B2C/B2B audiences.
- Craft compelling product messaging and communication strategies across channels to effectively convey Enpass' value proposition.
- Ensure consistent and clear product messaging throughout the user journey, from initial awareness to post-launch support.
Revenue & Growth:
- Champion initiatives aimed at increasing product profitability and market share. This includes focusing on the development and implementation of scalable and monetizable features.
Customer Feedback:
- Build strong relationships with both individual users and corporate clients to actively gather feedback and continuously refine product offerings to meet their evolving needs.
Analytics and Decision Making:
- Develop data-driven frameworks to enhance decision-making processes and optimize product performance. Regularly analyze data to ensure optimal product functionality and user experience.
Performance Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular performance reports to senior management for strategic review. This ensures informed decision-making based on data insights.
Compliance and Security:
- Guarantee that all Enpass products adhere to the highest security standards and comply with relevant data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. This protects user data and builds trust with customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in leading and scaling B2B and/or B2C software products.
- Deep understanding of the password management and cybersecurity industry.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis (including user data and market trends) to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales).
- Experience in developing and executing a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and user needs.
- Proven ability to bring innovative features to life, ensuring a seamless user experience for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Experience in building and scaling product teams, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to articulate the product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
