1. Oversee the design of the entire product. 2. Link product design to the metrics of the Product team and the business as a whole. 3. Ensure data-backed, thoroughly tested designs delivered on time. 4. Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications. 5. Maintain design consistency across the products.
1 to 3 years of experience in product analytics - Highly conversant with Google Analytics and other similar tools - Basic programming ability(preferably R or Python)
