We are looking for someone who can provide astute technical support. Giving such assistance means that it's all about solving problems from the moment they call the customer service line until the caller’s issues are resolved. This is a  high-impact role that will provide a well-rounded perspective on the Finance Products at http://karmalife.ai/">KarmaLife and brings with it, the opportunity to collaborate and interact with multi-functional teams inside Karmalife and at the partner organization.

1. Performs diagnostics and maintenance of Applications
2. Configures and troubleshoots backend Applications
3. Performs customer request/problem identification and follows defined procedures to resolve correctly.
4. Does incident tracking and takes necessary action to resolve the issue
5. Documents troubleshooting efforts and customer information in data capture tool and when required, transfers call or promptly notifies responsible party for resolution
6. You will have direct communication with client’s teams and will liaise closely with internal teams to reproduce and resolve issues.
7. Managing communication channels, such as e-mail, phone and other support management applications.
8. Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and service level agreements
9. May complete and resolve non-call customer contact requests received by web or email

We are looking for someone Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs.Candidates who share our vision of building inclusive FinTech for India’s fast-growing gig economy. 

An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: 

1. Education in an IT background or 2+ years of working experience with Linux/Unix environments. 
2. Knowledge of AWS or other Public Cloud Platform
3. Scripting with BASH or Python - intermediate level

• Experience in understanding and Debugging of java web-based technologies (Java, Java Spring, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, CSS, XML, JSON). 
• Experience with API Background like Linux, Windows, Jason 
• Good knowledge of Oracle PLSQL and Shell scripting.

• Demonstrated ability to install, configure, maintain, upgrade, troubleshoot, repair, and support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM/CQ5). 
• Comfortable with basic scripting and programming (Java, C , Python, Powershell, Bash, etc). managing known hosts and troubleshooting connection issues Support of AEM/CQ5 infrastructure with load-balanced, replicated and fail-over capabilities. 
• Installation / configuration / maintenance of Apache webserver and Dispatcher module configs. 
• Ability to monitor Adobe Experience Manager/CQ5 infrastructure and provide both proactive and reactive support, problem management and root cause analysis. 
• Support application deployment into the Adobe Experience Manager environments, configuring application needs, deploying code/content, troubleshooting and performance tuning. 
• Experience in troubleshooting production environment issues and working closely with Development teams Able to work on Linux/unix environments
