Pre-requisites:

• Hands on experience in mobile application development for at least 2 to 5 years.
• Hands on working experience in Swift.
• Hands on working experience in Offline storage like CoreData/Realm.
• Experience in multithreaded programming and memory optimization
• Ability to learn and grow in a fast paced setup.
• Working knowledge of iOS Architectural Components and Design Patterns
• Very good debugging skills
• Good knowledge in implementing Pixel Perfect designs
• Good in Data Structures and Algorithms.

Responsibilities:

• Coming up with best practices to help the team achieve their technical tasks and continually thrive in improving the technology of the product/team.
• Driving the adoption of best practices & regular Participation in code reviews, design reviews, architecture discussions.
• Experiment with new & relevant technologies and tools, and drive adoption while measuring yourself on the impact you can create.
• Implementation of long term technology vision for your team.
• Responsible for complete architecture of your product;
• Creating architectures & designs for new solutions around existing/new areas
• Decide technology & tool choices for your team & be responsible for them.

Lead IOS Developer

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun and fast-paced environment.
• 2-3 years’ experience in leading development teams
• Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, QA, support.
• Communicate with different stakeholders such as QA, Project Managers and Product Owners
• Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Groom, mentor and upskill team members with modern technologies and development practices

Key Competencies:

• 6-8 years of experience in IOS Development using Objective-C/Swift
• Strong knowledge of IOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation etc.
• Strong command over Apple’s design principles, Interface guidelines, platform's advantages & limitations.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns
• Experience with consuming RESTful web services
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Experience with the latest development paradigms like functional and reactive programming

Good to have skills:

• Knowledge of cloud-based services like AWS and GCP.
• Working knowledge of Video streaming and playback
• Knowledge of modern programming paradigms like functional and reactive programming.

• Excellent working knowledge of OOPs, SOLID principles and different design patterns.
• Solid hands on experience and deep understanding of different architectures.
• Solid working knowledge of Objective C and Swift, iOS application development and iOS fundamentals.
• Proficient with general swift language features, collections, protocol oriented programming, etc.
• Hands on experience of implementing architecture patterns and designing/implementing unit test cases using XCTest & other third party libraries.
• Solid working experience of debugging, profiling tools, developer portal and App Store release process.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
