A complete maintenance team is already in place — you will be responsible for handling, coordinating, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle resident complaints and service requests efficiently
• Coordinate with the existing maintenance and support teams
• Ensure timely resolution of all issues
• Communicate with residents via calls and regular follow-ups
• Maintain records of complaints and resolutions
• Oversee daily maintenance operations and service quality

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in customer support / customer handling
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage complaints calmly and professionally
• Problem-solving mindset with a practical approach
• Comfortable handling multiple issues and teams
