The Role:-

We’re looking for a Founding Content & Organic Growth Creator who can become one of the faces of InSeconds.

Someone who doesn't wait to be told what to post.

You see an interesting founder → create a video about it.

You see a trend → find a way to make it relevant to InSeconds.

You have an opinion → turn it into content.

You discover something interesting → put InSeconds into the conversation.

The goal is simple: make people know InSeconds, understand what we're building, and want to be part of it.

What You'll Do

• Become a creator and storyteller for InSeconds, using your own personality and creativity to represent the brand.

• Create short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and X.

• Identify trends, conversations, founders, companies, products and ideas that can be turned into relevant content.

• Create and publish content from idea → shooting → editing → posting.

• Experiment constantly with different formats, hooks, storytelling styles and content ideas.

• Find creative ways to explain what InSeconds is and why people should care.

• Build founder-focused content around business, startups, technology, entrepreneurship and the ideas shaping the future.

• Create content that encourages founders and users to join InSeconds and create/upload themselves.

• Track what works organically and double down on formats that generate genuine engagement.

• Help build the voice, personality and cultural identity of InSeconds.

What We're NOT Looking For/

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We are not looking for someone whose primary job is:

• Running paid advertisements
• Sending email campaigns
• Creating marketing reports
• Managing spreadsheets
• Waiting for someone to give them a content calendar

We are looking for a builder and creator.

Job Description:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development
• Expertise in Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF)

What you'll bring

Design, build, and maintain developer platform capabilities that improve day-to-day engineering workflows across teams.

• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows, improving speed, reliability, and feedback loops.
• Build internal tools and services (CLIs, automations, dashboards) that support developer productivity and operational excellence.
• Improve local development environments, including dependency management and consistent developer setup.
• Drive adoption of engineering standards (quality, security, performance, observability) through templates, guardrails, and documentation.
• Partner with teams to identify friction points and implement scalable improvements (including self-service tooling).

What you'll bring

Do you fit the profile? 

  Technical Proficiency:

• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and building modern web applications and tooling.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies, including designing, building, integrating, and leveraging AI-powered solutions to enhance products, platforms, or engineering productivity.
• Solid backend experience (e.g., Node.js, or equivalent platform services experience) and comfort building APIs and integrations.
• Strong experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and modern delivery practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerized development (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience designing scalable developer tooling and platform patterns (templates, shared libraries).

DevOps Engineer

1.   Should have at least 5+ years of experience

2.   Should have working experience in Docker, Microservices Architecture Application Deployment, GitHub Container Registry, GitHub Actions, Load Balancer, Nginx Web server, 

3.   Should have working expertise in CI/CD tool

4.   Should have working experience with the bash script

5.   Good to have at least one cloud platform services knowledge

What You Need:

Important: Please note there are no Cisco, Juniper or any other proprietary devices to be administered. We are looking for candidates willing to work on GNU/Linux powered network equipment.

We at Unmukti build network equipment and provide managed network services to organisations having geographically dispersed locations across the country.

Our equipment run GNU/Linux firmware but still the networking concepts remain the same.

For the impatient, we need following skills:

Now in detail:

We have servers to be managed, databases to be administered, embedded devices to run GNU/Linux and customers to be supported who are using those devices for various networking services that we provide.

We want someone with experience on Debian or Ubuntu as primary OS, knows networking concepts . Bonus if you know your way around to automate stuff with bash/Go/Perl/Python etc.

Experience in Network Design for connecting large number of geographically distributed locations ( >= 20 is considerable, though >=200 would be great) and understanding of routing protocols like OSPF and BGP will be an added advantage.

You get insights into networking (wireless too), network security and product development.

Along with that, you will have to design and support be-spoke deployments and handle operational issues on a day-to-day basis.
