About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our finance function, oversee all financial operations, and support long-term business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, accounting, budgeting, and compliance, with proven experience in managing financial risks and ensuring the organization’s financial health. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall financial strategy, planning, and analysis for the organization.
• Prepare and oversee financial statements, reports, and forecasts to guide business decisions.
• Maintain transparency and integrity in all financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage budgeting processes, cost control initiatives, and variance analysis.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and investment planning.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA); Semi Qualified CA with relevant Experience; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. As a senior Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and expanding our AI productivity tool, working on the intersection of natural language understanding (NLU), event-condition-action (ECA) frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced features for our AI productivity tool.
• Innovate and propose creative solutions to enhance the functionality and user experience of the platform.
• Develop back-end components of the AI productivity tool, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Design and implement robust backend services and APIs using Python- Django.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-4 years) as a Software Development Engineer, with a focus on Python- Django
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Ability to take up different tech stacks.
• Mathematical experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Backend Technologies as well as a basic understanding of Frontend technologies.

1. Production and Demand & Supply Planning (Shift Wise/Daily/Weekly/Monthly)

2. Ensuring that customer needs are met in a way to improve customer satisfaction level

and handling customer complaints (if any) (Supplies, Services, Continuous Improvement,

Communications, etc.)

3. Building new processes / procedures.

4. Simplifying manufacturing through work study, line balancing and promoting automation

5. Prioritizing and accommodating change requests in a prioritized manner

6. Ensure Adherence to Quality assurance processes by evaluating quality of inputs,

processes and outputs.

7. Improve the topline by ensuring the RFD Adherence and Dispatch Adherence as per target

and using forward thinking to identify the possible bottlenecks to achieve the same and

hence, initiate the necessary action to de-bottleneck the process.

8. Establish a system to reduce the dependency on the workforce and set up a

semi-automatic process or low cost automation to make the process more agile and

robust.

9. Exhibit Safety Leadership by adhering to safety standards, enhancing behavioral safety,

machine safety, process safety, ergonomics safety, industrial hygiene

10.Establish a System related to EHS (Environment Health & Safety) to ensure that risks are

assessed, the workplace remains safe and healthy for manpower .

13.Ensure the smooth batch processing of new products at Plant through the existing

resources by developing process performance & process development.
