💼 Key Responsibilities:-

- Record daily AP/AR transactions and revenue activities; generate agency and non-agency invoices

- Perform weekly payroll support activities

- Prepare and post monthly general ledger journal entries; reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for senior leadership and the Board

- Support annual audits, physical inventory counts, and Form 990 preparation

- Contribute to financial reporting, including General Ledger, Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, and Budgeting

- Handle special projects and ad hoc tasks as required

🎯 Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

- Candidate must be currently based in a Tier-1 city (mandatory)

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or related field

- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience

- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data merging functions)

- Experience with QuickBooks (Web) or similar accounting software

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, US GAAP, and financial reporting.

Job Role:  Video Lead

Job Description: We are looking for someone with previous social media reels edit/ creation experience who holds an experience of 5 Years plus. 

Responsibilities:- 

● Creation of Social media posts, reels, etc . 

● Edit videotapes, insert music, dialogue, and sound effects, and arrange films into sequences. 

● Correct errors, using editing equipment. 

● Must know motion graphics. 

● Minimum 8-10 edits in a day.

● Client interaction and team handling is a must. 

● Should be a master in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro.

What You'll Work On

• Improving conversational search quality—making responses not just correct, but intuitive, contextual, and delightful
• Contributing to the unification of traditional and conversational search, including routing logic, ranking systems, and cost optimization
• Building and integrating ranking and personalization systems, combining user context with query intent
• Developing video intelligence capabilities—scene-level understanding, embedding-based retrieval (CLIP and similar), and dynamic content stitching
• Working on reasoning over unstructured data (RAG, multi-hop reasoning), especially for high-context domains like sports and content discovery
• Designing and iterating on evaluation frameworks to continuously improve quality and performance
• Operating in fast iteration cycles, closely aligned with product and engineering teams

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Operations Support Executive to manage order processing, supplier coordination, and customer support. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in operations and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Order and Fulfillment Management
• Handle 20–50 orders per day through our backend (Magento)
• Verify supplier stock status and ensure order confirmation within 24 hours
• Manage order lifecycle: from order creation to shipment tracking and delivery confirmation
• Shipping and Logistics Coordination
• Follow up on shipment status with suppliers and courier partners daily
• Maintain accurate shipping records and update customers on ETA or delays
• Escalate and resolve delivery exceptions and backorders proactively
• Supplier and Customer Interaction
• Communicate with 10–15 suppliers and 5–10 customers daily via email and phone
• Track and resolve operational issues raised by customers or suppliers 
• Collect shipping documentation, return updates, and dispute resolutions
• Technology and Tools
• GPT for communication and translation
• Business tools such as Magento, Google Sheets/Excel, 
• Regularly update product and order data with high accuracy
• Participate in internal process automation and tool testing as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

A back-end developer is a web developer or engineer who works with at the back end of a website or application.
