You’ll be focused on the next $100 million. How do we create unique value propositions? How do we optimize the existing revenue channels and develop additional revenue channels? How do we usher in the next stage at Fresh Prints?
Those are the questions the members of our cross-functional Growth Team work on every day. They do so not as developers, designers, or marketers but as entrepreneurs determined to drive the business forward.
This role is perfect for someone with 3+ years of experience in search and social ad marketing, paid ad campaigns, A/B testing, segmentation, conversion rate/funnel optimization, budget management, etc. For the right person, this role offers an uncapped opportunity. With time, the role will develop into a higher-level role, and you’ll be given the space to own the ads channel.

Description of the Role
- Own hitting our ad channel MQL volume and cost goals
- Work with our agency to manage and build an overall search and social ads marketing strategy
- Collaborate with our creative team to design ad creatives
- Write compelling on-brand ad copy that grabs attention, communicates key messages, and drives action
- Work with our agency to plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate different ad variations and optimize for better results
- Continuously optimize ad placements, targeting options, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance
- Utilize audience segmentation strategies to target specific demographics, interests, and behaviors effectively
- Ensure that all ads meet quality & brand standards
- Generate comprehensive reports on advertising performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Manage advertising budgets based on performance, market trends, and business objectives
- Conduct regular analysis of competitor advertising activities to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including revenue, brand awareness, and retention, to align advertising efforts with overall business goals
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with search & social ads
- Proven experience in advertising management and funnel optimization
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms like Google & Facebook Ads
- Familiarity with advertising metrics and KPIs, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities will include:
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code
- Solve technical problems by working closely with Development Managers, UX, Product Managers, and offshore teams
- Designs high-performance database schema and code architecture for their products
- Empower offshore teams to rapidly deliver stable, high-performing, and reliable code. This requires frequent interaction with them by teleconference.
- Reviews and corrects code for quality and design through constant evaluation of product code and getting involved in complicated or sensitive code
- Maintain database queries and write scalable SQL
- Contribute in all phases of the development life-cycle (back-end and front-end)
- Participate in and advocate for Agile and Scrum activities
- Prepare and produce releases of software components
- Handle high traffic website operations, be proactive with maintenance, and exhibit problem-solving skills to ensure optimal working and performance of the websites

Minimum Qualifications:
