• Design and develop visual elements for our applications and games, ensuring they are visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Design UI elements for our digital products, focusing on creating an intuitive and engaging user experience.
• Utilize graphic design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Adobe XD to create high-quality designs.
• Create graphics for various purposes, such as marketing materials, in-game assets, and corporate branding.
• Contribute to the development of our products from a visual perspective, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with graphic design and UI design principles.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic and UI design skills.
• Knowledge of UX design is a valuable addition.

We are looking for a user experience and user interface designer responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes. 

They will also design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to create compelling experiences for spanning Responsive Web, Mobile, and Tablet. You will be engaged throughout the product life cycle.

UX Engineer will be responsible for on-time and quality delivery of all deliverables for the product. Depending on requirements, as a product engineer, she/he will be responsible for delivering all or some of the following.

• Conducting and executing research processes, Usability Audits under the guidance of Lead UX Engineer
• Creating personas and establishing the critical information flow that allows the personas to establish specific goals
• Wireframes
• Navigation Structures
• Storyboards
• Interactive Guidelines
• Click through Prototypes
• Low fidelity grid based HTML outputs
• Information Architecture presented in flow diagrams. Currently we are using Miro for this - We consider this very important as it clearly establishes your line of thought against the given problem

• Ideate and design of innovative solutions using the latest UX design guidelines
• Must have the ability to work within a design team and be open to critique
• Sketch ideas and assist with storyboard creation, creative collaborative personality
• Work with project team and be actively involved in all aspects of the work
• Proactively identify opportunities and deliver improvements; follow agile methodology
• Facilitate product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
  • Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs

  Key Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of current UI/UX trends and product design guidelines
  • Proficiency in using multiple tools and techniques in order to arrive at the right solutionNow we need to conduct test remotely for 
  • Ready to experiment with different thought paradigms and build it out as clickable prototypes
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI Design
  • Experience of working in Agile SW development teams

  Expectations:

  • Hands-on experience with User Research, Usability Testing (Guerrilla,A/B), Information Architecture, UCD (User Centered Design) and Prototyping. 
  • Expert knowledge on  Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator and any wireframing tools.
  • Working knowledge of Mobile UI/UX best practices and keeps up to date with modern schematics
  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams
  • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
  • Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation
  • Working knowledge of Mobile UI/UX best practices and keeps up to date with modern schematics

What you'll be doing :

• You'll be creating the best-in-class mobile designs for users on the Android platform, including visual & motion graphics, flash animation to explain the concepts.

• Asset creations, icon design, for the final deliverable for the release of the phone.

• You'll be continuously keeping an eye on the latest user interactive designs and leveraging those in one's own and the team's work as necessary.

• Create a look consistent with all of Indus OS while pleasing our users.

• Present the user interface visually so information is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to find.

Your Profile :

• Candidate with 4+ years experience.

• B.des, M.des from IIT(IDC) /NID/ Symbiosis/ MIT/ other design colleges.

• Creative and imaginative-, loves to explore.

• Ability to translate a concept into a visual form that explains the concept and able to give justification for each design decision.

• Strong penchant towards all things technology

• Comfortable presenting ideas and designs

• Capable of working within deadlines in a fast-paced environment, often on multiple projects

• Exceptional understanding of the graphic and the functional aspects of design and the ability to execute both

• A strong and creative portfolio with varied projects (this is important to evaluate the capabilities of interested candidates)

• Proficient with Adobe design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash)

1. 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
2. Be willing to learn and grow, learning new skills and understanding the new mediums for today's technology.
3. Ability to illustrate your idea in various looks and styles, and quickly translate your ideas visually for your team
4. Someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, and other designs.
5. Must be an experience of Image cutting & image cleaning.
6. The ideal candidate should be well versed with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and coral-draw.
