UI Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Core Java and Angular (Version 12+) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Core Java and Angular (Version 12+).
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement application designs.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing applications.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Some of the tech problems you get to work-on as a front-end developer would include building real-time collaboration experiences across our product, building live document editing and modern spreadsheet experiences from scratch, creating flexible new Kanban-style views of work tasks, and crafting cool new UI components and interactions that we will use across our product.

About you:

• Knowledge in the following areas
• React
• SPA Framework patterns
• Hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, SASS & Object Oriented Javascript
• Worked with features provided by browsers (Caching / Storage / Compatibility etc )

• Familiarity with AWS
• Experience with startups or early stage teams
• Knowledge of module bundlers like Webpack

Job Requirement

• Full-stack developer with exposure working in building products from scratch
• Have 2+ years in implementing front-end of applications using ReactJS
• Proficient in HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap Ant-D, Redux, JavaScript and writing cross-browser compatible code
• Good knowledge of MVC, MVVM, OOPS concepts, Web Development Concept.
• Experience with RESTful services
• Work experience any one of the backend technologies such as Java, NodeJS, .NET will be a major plus
• Experience in JavaScript build tools such as web-pack /gulp
• Familiar with testing frameworks (such as Jasmine) and Test runner framework (such as Karma) (good to have)
• Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system
• Knows unit testing
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Duty /Responsibility

• Your specific duties in this role will include:
• Responsible for the front end/UI development for of the web-based and mobile-based application
• Responsible for communicating with clients
• Responsible for communicating with Designing Team and Team Manager
• Responsible for Requirement Analysis
• Responsible for mentoring junior front-end developers
• Responsible for researching new web technologies
• Responsible for developing POCs
• Respond to technical queries/requests from team members and customers.
• Coach, guide, and mentor junior members in the team.

• Experience in developing modern web applications using React and Redux.
• Strong proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Good understanding of Database schema, design, optimization, scalability.
• Great communication skills, strong work ethic.
• Ownership of the product from start to finish.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

• Experience with AWS
• Expert level understanding of the HTML DOM and underlying event model
• Prior Open source contributions
• Experience building responsive design.
