Come join us. ## Front End Web Developer Job Description We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. Responsibilities Develop new user-facing features Build reusable code and libraries for future use Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies Skills And Qualifications Min 2 years’ experience in a design related position in organization with experience to include 3+ years hands-on experience HTML5, CSS3 & javascript You must have prior experience in designing and implementing highly scalable web applications Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery You have in-depth experience with a framework like AngularJS(2), Backbone.js, or React. You have a diverse technical background. You’re a developer, not just a front-end developer. You know the difference between ECMAScript and JavaScript, AMD and are proud (or slightly ashamed) of it. You must a experience with tools like Grunt, Gulp, Yeoman, Bower, Karma, Jasmine/Mocha, with basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS Ability to work in a complex environment. Self-starter who can work without a lot of supervision or direction, willing to make decisions without checking with others. You strive to write code that lasts for years, not months. You should have experience leading multiple projects, both large and small projects including consumer web applications and data integration projects. You have a ability to delegate work and mentor the development team.
