About the Role :
We are hiring a Trade & Custody Operations Specialist for a centralized cryptocurrency exchange. This role is critical to ensuring seamless trade execution, secure asset custody, and compliant fiat onboarding processes.
We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in crypto exchanges (mandatory).
Mandatory Requirement :
Must have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Trade Operations / Custody / KYC within a Centralized Crypto Exchange.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Trade Operations :
- Monitor and manage daily trade settlements across crypto trading pairs
- Handle listing/delisting of tokens and monitor order books
- Coordinate with liquidity providers to optimize trade execution
- Support customer queries and resolve trade-related escalations
- Prepare volume analysis, trade reports, and operational dashboards
2. Custody Management :
- Manage secure custody of digital assets (hot wallets, cold storage, multi-sig wallets)
- Work with custody platforms such as Fireblocks or similar solutions
- Ensure implementation of custody best practices and fund security protocols
- Perform regular audits of wallet balances and transaction flows
3. Fiat & KYC Operations :
- Manage end-to-end KYC onboarding for fiat deposits/withdrawals
- Coordinate with third-party verification providers (bank/KYC vendors)
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, AML policies, and FIU regulations
- Monitor suspicious transactions and escalate as per compliance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in crypto exchange operations (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of :
- Crypto markets & trading lifecycle
- Order book mechanics & liquidity
- KYC/AML and regulatory frameworks in India
- Experience with custody systems (multi-sig wallets, cold storage, etc.).
- Familiarity with tools like Fireblocks, custodial wallets, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
