Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Founder/CEO and to define and build the CashFlo platform

Identify customer problems, and latent needs & devise a product roadmap

Communicate and evangelize product output through low-fidelity designs

Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to understand and eliminate obstacles to

adoption and usage

Work with Marketing to bring new features to life on various communication touchpoints

Collaborate with engineers and designers to arrive at detailed solutions to problems

Execute

Own the roadmap for one or more parts of the product

Work with engineering and design to plan launch scope

Together with engineering and design, break-down scope into launch iterations

Deliver product features as per timelines

Requirements:

Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills

You should have worked at a startup or started your own company that shipped a product

An engineering / technical background that will allow you to reason about product

trade-offs and make good choices without significant input from engineers

At least 5 years of experience in a Product Management role

Attention to detail - great products are all about the details

Passion for getting the job done - A combination of grit, hustle and problem-solving skills

to deliver results on time

Prior exposure to the Fintech landscape and understanding of trends in financial services

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Conduct keyword research to identify valuable search terms and opportunities.

·      Implement on-page SEO strategies, including optimizing content, meta tags, and headings.

·      Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues affecting search engine rankings.

·      Monitor and improve website performance, including site speed and mobile optimization.

·      Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach.

·      Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's Degree of Marketing.[U G/PG]

1.      Core Responsibilities

·        Leading solutions for data engineering

·        Maintain the integrity of both the design and the data that is held within the architecture

·        Champion and educate people in the development and use of data engineering best practises

·        Support the Head of Data Engineering and lead by example

·        Contribute to the development of database management services and associated processes relating to the delivery of data solutions

·        Provide requirements analysis, documentation, development, delivery and maintenance of data platforms.

·        Develop database requirements in a structured and logical manner ensuring delivery is aligned with business prioritisation and best practise

·        Design and deliver performance enhancements, application migration processes and version upgrades across a pipeline of BI environments.

·        Provide support for the scoping and delivery of BI capability to internal users.

·        Identify risks and issues and escalate to Line / Project manager. 

·        Work with clients, existing asset owners & their service providers and non BI development staff to clarify and deliver work stream objectives in timescales that deliver to the overall project expectations.

·        Develop and maintain documentation in support of all BI processes.

·        Proactively identify cost-justifiable improvements to data manipulation processes.

·        Research and promote relevant BI tools and processes that contribute to increased efficiency and capability in support of corporate objectives.

·        Promote a culture that embraces change, continuous improvement and a ‘can do’ attitude.

·        Demonstrate enthusiasm and self-motivation at all times.

·        Establish effective working relationships with other internal teams to drive improved efficiency and effective processes.

2.      Experience Requirements

·        5 years Data Engineering / ETL development experience is essential

·        5 years data design experience in an MI / BI / Analytics environment (Kimball, lake house, data lake) is essential

·        5 years experience of working in a structured Change Management project lifecycle is essential

·        Experience of working in a financial services environment is desirable

·        Experience of dealing with senior management within a large organisation is desirable

·        5 years experience of developing in conjunction with large complex projects and programmes is desirable

·        Experience mentoring other members of the team on best practise and internal standards is essential

·        Experience with cloud data platforms desirable (Microsoft Azure) is desirable

3.      Knowledge Requirements

·        A strong knowledge of business intelligence solutions and an ability to translate this into data solutions for the broader business is essential

·        Strong demonstrable knowledge of data warehouse methodologies

·        Robust understanding of high level business processes is essential

·        Understanding of data migration, including reconciliation, data cleanse and cutover is desirable

• Create, maintain, and execute automated test cases for APIs and web services
• Discover, analyze, and document defects in our Jira system
• Create and maintain automation frameworks using Object Oriented concepts and basic design patterns
• Create, maintain, and execute test scripts, analyze and communicate test results using Appium and Selenium
• Create API and web services automated tests using Java, Postman, SOAP UI, Jmeter, REST assured, or similar tools
• Mentor QA resources in test automation
• Provide the Team Lead with effort estimates and progress reports

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience with backend automation with technologies like RESTful APIs, Web Services Java, Postman, SOAP UI, Jmeter, REST assured
• Minimum 7 years of experience with Java and Core Java
• Minimum 7 years of experience in QA
• Experience with tools such as Appium, Selenium, and/or XCUI test
• Experience using Git and CI tools such as Jenkins
• Experience with mobile app testing on iOS and Android
• Experience with testing web apps/websites
• Great communication skills
• Ability to contribute to improving QA best practices
