Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Interior Designer/ Designer sales associate, located on-site in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing creative solutions for interiors, working with clients to identify and define their needs, creating designs, and coordinating with contractors and vendors. The candidate for this role must be able to assess client needs, develop design concepts, collaborate with sales team to provide consultations, provide exceptional customer experience and service to clients. 

MUST HAVE: 2-5 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial interior design and sales

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture or a related field

2-5 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial interior design and sales

Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office

Experience with sales, negotiating with clients, and managing projects from inception to completion

Strong client-facing and communication skills with attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Our internal team focuses on App Development with data a growing area within the structure. We have a clear vision and strategy which is coupled up with App Development, Data, Testing, Solutions and Operations. The data team sits across the UK and India whilst other teams sit across Dubai, Lebanon, Karachi and various cities in India.

Role Description

In this role you will use a range of tools and technologies to primarily working on providing data design, data governance, reporting and analytics on the Pampers App.

Responsibilities

● To be the Data Steward and drive governance having full understanding of all the data that flows through the Apps to all systems

● Work with the campaign team to do data fixes when issues with campaigns

● Investigate and troubleshoot issues with product and campaigns giving clear RCA and impact analysis

● Document data, create data dictionaries and be the “go to” person in understanding what data flows

● Build dashboards and reports using Amplitude, Power BI and present to the key stakeholders

● Carry out adhoc data investigations into issues with the app and present findings back querying data in BigQuery/SQL/CosmosDB

● Translate analytics into a clear powerpoint deck with actionable insights

● Write up clear documentation on processes

● Innovate with new processes or ways of providing analytics and reporting

● Help the data lead to find new ways of adding value

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4+ years’ experience in an analytical role preferably working in product analytics with consumer app data

● Strong SQL Server and Power BI required

● You have experience with most or all of these tools – SQL Server, Python, Power BI, BigQuery.

● Understanding of mobile app data (Events, CTAs, Screen Views etc)

● Knowledge of data architecture and ETL

● Experience in analyzing customer behavior and providing insightful recommendations

● Self-starter, with a keen interest in technology and highly motivated towards success

Srijan Technologies is a 18+ year-old technology services firm. For a large part of its life, Srijan has specialised in building content management systems with expertise in PHP-based open-source CMS’, specifically Drupal. In recent years Srijan has diversified into
i) Data Engineering using NodeJS and Python,

This requires significant technology and delivery leadership bandwidth to be created in the firm to ensure our high-quality standards are not compromised.

Responsibilities:-

Srijan’s team of enterprise Drupalists are helping our customers build cutting-edge web experiences, migrate to Drupal, tune and improve their Drupal implementations, and advise on all things Drupal and web architecture.

With the rapid adoption of Drupal as a web platform, and with our growing number of technical development projects supporting our clients and partners, our Technical Architects are in high demand. They consult remotely or travel on-site periodically to work with some of the most talented technologists and some of the hottest web properties on leading-edge web development projects.

Engagements vary by customer and can include anything from custom coding and mentoring of partner and client teams to application design and ongoing guidance on architecture through development and application launch.

Requirements:-

● Prior experience building, leading, and architecting Drupal applications.

•  Knowledge of Drupal 8, 9 is a plus.
• Knowledge of at least 1-2 non-PHP frameworks.  Perform complex Drupal development tasks including custom module development using the Drupal API system and hooks from major Drupal core systems
