During one of Sunandan Madan and Swapnil Agarwal's internships at the Institute of Rural Management in Anand, the two founders of Dhwani came up with the concept that would eventually become the company. In the course of their close collaboration with rural NGOs and organizations functioning at the BoP level, they saw that these groups were still falling behind in terms of their technological adoption; hence, they identified a need.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaboratively work with UX team, product managers, back-end engineers and other technical teams to create new, delightful and scalable UI
- Mentor junior members through training and individual support
