Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to Company overall strategy. Role Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Peoplesoft lead to join a small dynamic team to build websites for internal and external customers. Creativity and speed of delivery are essential to our success and so candidates must be comfortable working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• 6+ years in PeopleSoft technical
• Should have worked in offshore development and good understanding of offshore delivery Model
• Should have the ability to work on individual assignments with minimal information and guidance from onsite coordinator and offshore lead
• Should have experience in Impact Analysis, troubleshoot code and debugging of PeopleSoft Technologies
• Should have worked on all phases of development, testing, production support, etc.
• Should have experience in Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM)

The candidate will be an integral part of the SEO team and will be responsible for the following:

Link Building: Build high-quality backlinks from authoritative and reputable websites.

Content Promotion: Distribute the content on various external platforms to drive traffic and attract backlinks.

Guest Posting: Create and publish articles on third-party websites, including backlinks to our site.

Tool Utilization: SEMrush, Ahrefs and other tools to analyze and monitor competitor backlink profiles.

Local SEO: Enhance business visibility by optimizing listings and directories for local search

results.

Competitor Analysis: Examine and assess competitor off-page SEO strategies to gather valuable insights.

Performance Tracking: Track and evaluate the performance of backlinks and overall SEO metrics.

Reporting: Generate and deliver comprehensive reports on off-page SEO activities and their outcomes.

Responsibilities

As a Frontend Developer (Next.js) you will be responsible for -

•  Building the Complete UI/UX of our web application from scratch.
• Work closely with the Backend Engineer to integrate the algorithmic output from the backend REST APIs.

I'm the founder of Version One Labs (look me up on LinkedIn) and I want you to work with me on an interesting new idea!

I was previously Director of Engineering at Crunchbase, led product and engineering at Oncue (venture-funded B2B SaaS) and have built products at multiple bay area startups. I run a product development studio, Version One Labs, that works with startups here in California. The website is a bit out of date but I’m currently working with a few exciting startups to help them with their product dev efforts.

This role is for a different mission though. I am currently in the early stages of building our first internal product and am looking for 2-3 scrappy, driven, and sharp developers who are interested in working on exciting ideas and build products from the ground up.

As part of the founding team, the tech lead will have various responsibilites, such as designing the app architecture, writing the first version of the app from scratch, and building and leading the core technical team.
