 We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced PHP Developer to join our talented team. As a PHP Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web-based applications and websites. Your expertise in PHP programming, along with your in-depth knowledge of GIT, MYSQL, and Redis, will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement robust and scalable PHP-based applications.

- Utilize GIT for version control, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient code management.

- Work with relational databases, primarily MYSQL, to handle data storage and retrieval effectively.

- Implement Redis for caching and improving application performance.

- Collaborate with front-end developers, leveraging your basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to integrate the back-end functionalities seamlessly.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows best practices and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing PHP applications, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest PHP trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes.

Requirements:

- 3 to 8 years of professional experience as a PHP Developer.

-Strong Knowledge in Core PHP is mandatory

- Proven expertise in PHP programming, with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous work.

- Solid understanding and experience with GIT for version control.

- Proficiency in working with MYSQL and handling complex database queries.

- Familiarity with Redis for caching and performance optimization.

- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for seamless collaboration with front-end developers.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

We are hiring developers (from 0 to 10 experience) with relevant knowledge and experience with the development and deployment of large-scale cloud-native enterprise systems on PHP, REST APIs, Node Js, Flutter, AWS & MySql. 

About Tech Department:

• Our internal tech team is responsible for end-to-end in-house tech support which includes and is not limited to design, development & deployment. 
• We are continuously developing and improvising our products to enhance customer and team experience.
• As we are in the Fintech space, our team has to ensure the database security of the application.

Job Summary:

• Participate in full lifecycle development
• Work closely with product managers and UI/UX designers to analyze requirements
• Review peer code changes
• Make recommendations for design and implementation improvements
• Integrating the Frontend UI with Backend APIs.
• Design and implement APIs for web/mobile (both Android & IOS) applications.
• Work with the Product team in prioritizing development activities for weekly sprints

1. PHP Developer/Sr. PHP Developer:

• Reviewing (if already developed) current system workflow and database design.
• Analyzing the needs of system and producing detailed specification document
• Create a step by step flow chart or psudocode for computing systems that shows how program code must be written in order to work properly.
• Develop a functional modules according as required under deadline.
• Integrating 3rd party tools wherever required.
• Perform and document unit testing for developed functions.
• System maintenance by monitoring and correcting software defects.
• Continuously updating technical knowledge and skills as per industry standards.
• Contribute to technical writers to create users documents.
• All tasks must be carried out at the highest standards.

• Strong experience on any of the modern PHP based frameworks like Laravel, Cake PHP, Symphony, etc.
• Ability to create Data Structures and Algorithms.

Experience of developing highly scalable web services and APIs using PHP.

• Development skills of Database design and information schema using NoSQL/SQL.
• Source control management (e.g. Git, SVN, Mercurial) to enable teams to work together to manage source code.
• Working over cloud computing platform like Amazon Web Service (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure
• Strong designing / problem solving skills.

• Education: BCA, MCA, Msc IT, Bsc IT or any equivalent qualification

• More than 4 years of experience
• Experience in Agile Methodology is preferred
• Strong functional and code-level knowledge of all Magento components and relevant eCommerce technologies.
• Sound experience and knowledge of PHP 7.x and MySQL.
• Knowledge of Magento design patterns & EAV structure.
• Skilled in Object Oriented Programming (OOPs) and having a good understanding in MVC frameworks: Symfony and/or Zend framework.
• Should have experience in design & develop custom Magento 2 modules/extensions and new functionality.
• Presentation skills and ability to work under pressure
• Should be able to customize various custom and 3rd party Modules.
• Ability to use GIT, Composer, and CLI.
• Experience in API Integration with 3rd party ERP systems & 3rd party services.
• Experience in Payment & Shipment Gateway integration.
• Demonstrated knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3.
• Knowledge of Magento site optimization techniques.
• Experience of Knockout.js will be a plus
