Brief Description:

NonStop io is seeking a proficient .NET Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable applications using .NET technologies. This role involves working on a healthcare-focused product and requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for software development.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, and related technologies
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while following best practices
• Develop and optimize APIs and microservices
• Work with SQL Server and other databases to ensure high performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
• Ensure compliance with security and performance standards, especially for healthcare-related applications

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong experience in .NET Core/.NET Framework and C#
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like React, Angular, or Blazor is a plus
• Knowledge of cloud services (Azure/AWS) is a plus
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns
• Prior experience in healthcare tech or working with HIPAA-compliant systems is a plus

• Experienced software developer with extensive knowledge of software development and agile methodologies, building responsive web applications using PHP, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, Web Services, and. NET.
• Good to have Healthcare domain experience.
• Ability to clearly understand requirements and translate them to software.
• Review business requirements, identify gaps, and assist in authoring functional design documents.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
• Proactive and self-starter requiring minimal supervision, who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders in the company.
• Proficiency in relational databases like MySQL, MS SQL Server, and/or Oracle and web servers like IIS/Apache.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google cloud), container, and virtualization will be a big plus.
• Familiarity with Continuous integration (Jenkins/Hudson), automated testing, and version control (GitHub, SVN).
• Knowledge of 3 rd party libraries and APIs, modern frameworks and design patterns, and test automation tools for Unit and Performance testing.
• Awareness of secure coding practices and standards.

Roles and responsibilities:

• An ideal candidate will exhibit the following traits:
• Manage and support the existing development platform on PHP and AngularJS
• Adapt and work on distributed technology stacks.
• Implement multi-tenancy scalable architecture
• Work with BAs to define or elaborate business software requirements.
• Design and build responsive and usable interface (UI/UX) for mobile applications through appealing, visual design.
• Take ownership of product features and work closely with stakeholders to ideate and rapidly release minimum viable product or mobile app solutions across healthcare products.
• Extensive experience with SDLC phases including Agile methodologies.
• Assist in designing client-side and server-side architecture.
• Perform code reviews, validation, and verification testing.
• Knows the use of version control software (GIT).
• Document technical design and unit test plans.
• Provide technical support to US customers during production issues
• Must have experience in working with multiple & small teams.
• Evaluate security and regulatory requirements.

• Own code for the products with responsibilities including but not limited to designing, developing, testing, maintenance of products.
• Building RESTful services and do DevOps.
• Talking to customers and business teams to suggest improvement areas in product flows.
• Create peer learnings for team members and build context for new teammates
• Help with building the company's tech team and iterating on the hiring framework.
• Provide regular feedback to your team (peers and managers) to ensure continuous improvement.
• Keeping abreast with the latest technologies and working on your skills regularly.

Skills & Requirements

• Good knowledge and experience of working with backend systems; designing server-side architecture, including production maintenance experience are must-haves.
• At least 1-8 years of experience in any programming languages like Java, Ruby, PHP, Python, and Node.js(Node.js preferred).
• Understanding of micro-services-oriented architecture.
• Experience with Databases design (SQL, NoSQL) and analytics
• Experience in driving and delivering complex features/software modules from technical design to launch.
• Expertise with unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Have empathy for the users you build for

What is the work?

• You will be a part of Technology Team, involved in all the stages of architecture to development of our web based applications product.
• Designing and developing applications using Microsoft Technologies (ASP.NET MVC, C#, ASP.NET Core) with Angular or React JS
• Writing detailed programs through discussion with clients, clarifying what actions the program is intended to perform

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in .NET based application.
• Must have knowledge with Asp.net Core 2.0 or higher, Web API & C#.
• Must have atleast 1 year of current working experience into asp.net core along with either Angular or React JS.
• A good understanding of modern front-end web development techniques including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, knockout, angular, react js, and jQuery libraries.

• Experience of debugging and troubleshooting websites and web applications.

• Knowledge of Azure and DevOps process and worked with 'Source control' (SVN/TFS/GIT/VSTS).
• Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies like SCRUM.
