LendFlow is an AI-powered home loan assessment platform that helps mortgage brokers and lenders save hours by automating document analysis, income validation, and serviceability assessment. We turn complex financial documents into clear insights—fast.

We’re building a smart assistant that ingests client docs (bank statements, payslips, loan summaries) and uses modular AI agents to extract, classify, and summarize financial data in minutes, not hours. Think OCR + AI agents + compliance-ready outputs.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Building

As part of our early technical team, you’ll help us develop and launch our MVP. Key modules include:

• Document ingestion and OCR processing (Textract, Document AI)
• AI agent workflows using LangChain or CrewAI
• Serviceability calculators with business rule engines
• React + Next.js frontend for brokers and analysts
• FastAPI backend with PostgreSQL
• Security, encryption, audit logging (privacy-first design)

🎯 We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with Python (FastAPI, OCR, LLMs, prompt engineering)
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen, or similar)
• Frontend skills in React.js / Next.js
• Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud storage (AWS/GCP)
• Understanding of financial documents and data privacy best practices

Bonus Points:

• Experience with OCR tools like Amazon Textract, Tesseract, or Document AI
• Building ML/NLP pipelines in real-world apps

About You

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in React, Python, MongoDB, and AWS.
• Automated CI/CD: Experienced in implementing and managing automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and AWS Cloudformation.
• System Architecture: Skilled in architecting scalable solutions for systems at scale, leveraging caching strategies, messaging queues and async/await paradigms for highly performant systems
• Cloud-Native Expertise: Proficient in deploying cloud-native apps using AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, ECS), with a focus on serverless architectures to reduce overhead and boost agility..
• Development Tooling: Proficient in a wide range of development tools such as FastAPI, React State Management, REST APIs, Websockets and robust version control using Git.
• AI and GPTs: Competent in applying AI technologies, particularly in using GPT models for natural language processing, automation and creating intelligent systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and Innovate: Develop and scale AI-driven products like Gigi (AI Outbound SDR), Jim (AI Inbound SDR), Automate across voice & video with AI.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our Product, GTM, and Engineering teams to deliver world-class AI solutions that drive massive value for our customers.
• Integrate and Optimize: Create seamless integrations with popular platforms like Salesforce, LinkedIn, and HubSpot, enhancing our AI’s capabilities.
• Problem Solving: Tackle challenging problems head-on, from data pipelines to user experience, ensuring that every solution is both functional and delightful.

Responsibilities:

 Work with development and product team to ideate software solutions

 Design client-side and server-side architecture

 Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

 Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

 Write effective APIs, Ability to quickly pick up new areas in the product and write optimal

code taking into consideration the security and performance aspects of the product.

 Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

 Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

 Create security and data protection settings

Skills:

 Proven experience of around 4-7yrs as a Full Stack Developer.

 Should be a full stack developer who can code on cutting-edge technology stacks including

Laravel, Nodejs, Express js, Python, React, Angular, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, Elastic Search,

Docker, AWS etc. for our clients.

 Experience developing desktop and mobile applications

 Familiarity with common stacks

 Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML,

jQuery)

 Strong Knowledge of multiple back-end languages and on frameworks or platforms (Phython

/ Express JS / Django etc), API / Serverless services, DB Schema Definition.

 Good to have stakeholder management, team leading, team mentoring, code management

under critical problem

 Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX

design

 Excellent communication and teamwork skills

 Great attention to detail and analytical skills.

 Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field

• Understand platform requirements & coordinate with the development agency for smooth development of our platform
• Make incremental design or developmental changes on the platform on a regular basis
• Ideate & develop new features on our platform
• Conduct regular testing of website performance & fixing bugs (either through agency or by self, whatever applicable)
• Work with UI/UX designer to implement design systems & user experiences

• Tech Lead / Management experience.

• Experience with full-stack development.

Requirements:

• Experience in agile development process.

Education, Experience, and Certification:

4. Experience with Python, JavaScript, and React is required.
5. Experience using rapid development frameworks like Django or Flask.
6. Experience using front end build tools.

Primary Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 6-9 years.
• Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, Python, Javascript.
• Good technical communication.
• Experience in working with front end technologies and/or front end frameworks like Angular, ReactJS or Vue.
• Experience as an Angular developer for 2+ years.
• Experience in modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS and/or jQuery for at least 3+ years.
• Familiarity with responsive design, modern CSS techniques, best practices for web and/or mobile accessibility.
