Key Responsibilities

• Contact inactive leads through calls, Whats App, and emails to re-initiate interest.
• Re-engage past enquiries and dormant leads with relevant program offerings.
• Effectively pitch upskilling and certification programs based on customer needs.
• Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high-quality closures.

CRM & Process Management

• Update CRM systems accurately with lead stages, notes, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain data hygiene and follow internal sales processes and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline).
• 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, EdTech sales, tele-sales, or customer acquisition (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills – English mandatory

Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Marketing Executive to independently manage and execute end-to-end marketing activities. The role requires strong expertise in digital marketing along with exposure to offline and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans.
• Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads), SEO, and website optimisation.
• Drive lead generation and track campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI).
• Oversee content creation across digital and offline channels.
• Plan and execute exhibitions, events, and trade marketing activities.
• Coordinate lead management and work closely with the sales team.

Requirements:

• 9+ years’ experience as data engineer.

Role : Business Development Manager

Department : Sales

Location : Gurgaon (Sector 58) - Work from Office - 6 Days Working

Experience : Should have worked in edtech industry or in a company with inside sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 25-30 BDAs who will be remotely working across different cities in India
• Achieve sales targets which will be defined every month
• Drive sales operation efficiency by ensuring overall funnel movement starting from lead generation to pipe building to closures
• Own cash collection targets for the team
• Contribute towards growth of business and brand building across tier 2/3 cities in the country
• Be the eyes and ears for the company in terms of understanding customer needs and suggesting product improvements needed to grow

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in managing large teams of sales
• Strong experience in managing remote working teams
• Managed business of at least 50 lakhs INR in a month
• MBA preferred but not mandatory
• Highly target oriented and an excellent task master meaning he/she can get things executed through BDAs
• Strong in review and understanding of sales operations processes
