Senior Gen AI Engineer

Job Purpose:

The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals. The role involves driving employee engagement, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management within the assigned business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Strategic HR Partnership

·        Act as the single point of contact for the leadership team and employees in the assigned business unit.

·        Understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support growth and performance.

·        Translate business needs into HR solutions, and proactively provide data-driven insights.

2.   Talent Management

·        Support workforce planning, succession planning, and internal mobility.

·        Identify talent gaps and build plans to bridge them through development or recruitment.

·        Manage end-to-end performance management cycle: goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and feedback sessions.

3.   Employee Relations & Engagement

·        Build a strong employee connect and proactively resolve grievances, concerns, or conflicts.

·        Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to drive motivation and retention.

·        Act as a custodian of company culture and core values.

4.   HR Operations & Compliance

·        Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented and followed consistently.

·        Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal audit requirements.

·        Partner with HR CoEs (TA, L&D, C&B, etc.) to ensure efficient execution of HR programs.

5.   Data & Analytics

·        Use HR analytics to monitor key metrics like attrition, absenteeism, engagement, etc.

·        Provide actionable insights to business and HR leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

·        MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.

·        2–10 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR Generalist role.

·        Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

·        Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·        Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

·        Ability to influence leadership and drive change initiatives.

Role Description The AI Engineer will design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms that power Mihup.ai’s Voice AI and conversation intelligence solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and refining pattern recognition systems, implementing and training neural networks, and developing NLP-based features that improve speech understanding and real-time assistance. The role involves collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate AI models into production-grade software, monitor performance, and iterate based on user data and business needs. The AI Engineer will also contribute to research, prototyping, and documentation to keep the platform aligned with best practices in AI and scalable software development. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata/ Bangalore

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• B. Tech, M.Tech, PHD from top tier institutes like IIT, IISC, ISI, NIT, IIIT is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for real-world applications.
• Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), especially in speech, dialogue, or text analytics.
• Proficiency in Software Development using languages such as Python, Java, or similar, and familiarity with version control and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and relevant libraries for NLP and deep learning.
• Experience working with large-scale data pipelines, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and document solutions effectively.
• Background in voice technologies, speech recognition, or conversational AI is a strong plus.

            Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

            Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

            Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.

            Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.

            Publish progress report to management every week.

            Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.

• Candidate should have at least one Information security certification CEH, CASE, or CISSP

MUST Have

• 4-6 years of experience in application software development ( UI stack development )
• Sound knowledge of computer science fundamentals
• Proven ability to design and implement a complex (scalable and distributed ) application software on linux platform
• Hands on any of the language reactjs, Javascript
• Expert in software processes and tools ( Agile, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins )

• Experience in application migration to cloud
