✅ End-to-end Veeva CRM testing — Functional, Regression, UAT, Mobile + Offline iPad

✅ Core Modules: Accounts, Call Reporting, Cycle Plans, Territory, Samples, Approved Email, CLM, MyInsights

✅ Localization + Compliance: Test language packs, consent flows, EFPIA/MedTech Europe, APAC HCP rules

✅ Integrations: Veeva Network, MDM, SAP, Marketing Automation, Data Warehouses

✅ 3x/Year Release Testing + Data Migration Validation for go-lives

Mandatory Requirements:

• Salesforce Platform Builder I Certification (Mandatory)

Key duties and responsibilities include

• Expert in configuring, managing, and customizing the Salesforce CPQ (Configure Price
• Quote), CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and Orders Lifecycle.
• Understand the Data Model related to Salesforce CPQ.
• In-depth knowledge in Product setup, Product Options, Product configuration & rules, Pricing, Discounting, and Quote templates in Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce CPQ with external systems using connectors, SOAP/REST API.
• Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including technical and functional capabilities.
• Design and implement Quote to Cash solutions using Salesforce CPQ Optimization of solutions through an understanding of business needs and technology capabilities.
• Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed.
• Work closely with key stakeholders/project team to recommend and agree technical solutions to meet business requirements.

Skills and experience required

• Should have 4+ years of implementation experience on Salesforce Development.
• Should have min 2+ years of hands on experience of CPQ Development.
• Good Salesforce programming skills (Apex and Visualforce/LWC)
• Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform and suite of Salesforce products.
• Ability to design and provide solutions using Salesforce.com out of box features and custom development tools.
• Extensive experience in all phases of SFDC process which involves requirement gathering, requirement analysis, design, development, implementation Integration & enhancement in Salesforce projects.
• Extensive knowledge of product configuration, complex pricing rules & sequence, quote configurator plugins & Salesforce CPQ APIs.
• Good understanding of Salesforce CPQ Price Waterfall methodology.
• Proficiency in various CPQ functionalities like amendments, renewals, and order management. Proven experience in solution design, effort estimation, and work breakdown for assigned tasks to support Agile practices.
• Effective verbal, and written communication skills.
• Good work ethic, passion for product quality, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience
• Salesforce CPQ certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development of solutions on the force.com platform within the scope of business applications
• To code via best practices including optimization, re-usability and scalability

Experience and expectations:

• 5+ years of overall experience that includes at least 3 years of experience as Salesforce developer in translating business requirements into working solutions using Salesforce.com
• Working knowledge of lightning framework. Aura at least,if not LWC.
• Exposure to at least one large enterprise Salesforce project.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• At least 1 salesforce certification is required.
• Expertise in batch, queueable and scheduled jobs, future methods, Apex, Visualforce and triggers.
• Strong in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Service and community cloud experience is desirable.
