Role Overview

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer / Product Designer who is passionate about building intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to design seamless user journeys, enhance product usability, and contribute to the overall product vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile platforms.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for new features and product improvements.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to improve product experience.

• Develop user flows, journey maps, and interaction models.

• Maintain and evolve Tamasha’s design system and UI component library.

• Ensure design consistency across all product touchpoints.

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Optimize user experience based on analytics, user behavior, and feedback.

• Contribute to product strategy by identifying UX opportunities and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work for mobile or web applications.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Experience designing scalable product interfaces.

• Ability to translate complex problems into simple design solutions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Understanding of usability testing and UX research methods.

• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.

Good to Have

• Experience working in startup environments or fast-paced product teams.

• Knowledge of interaction design, micro-interactions, and motion design.

• Experience with social, gaming, entertainment, or live streaming platforms.
