We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) who is enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to build a career in online bidding and client acquisition. This role is ideal for freshers who want to gain hands-on experience in international sales, lead generation, and proposal management through online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on projects through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
• Understand client requirements and prepare clear, well-structured proposals.
• Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and calls.
• Maintain and update client and lead databases.
• Coordinate with technical and design teams to ensure accurate project understanding.
• Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely responses to client queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic understanding of IT services, web development, mobile apps, or digital marketing (preferred).
• Familiarity with online bidding portals is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Prepare Agreement of Sale & Sale Deed

Follow up with the customers for Payments, Registrations

Coordination with Banker for Loan Process

Update Customer Database

Should resolve Customer queries by coordinating with the Civil Team

Should take updates from the Projects Team regarding their flats and update customers

Should prepare MIS Reports

End to End Process from the purchase of the flat till handover process

1. Maximising automation within the organization. 
2. Understand various functions’ systems & automation-related needs and design & implement solutions for them.
3. Manage Learning Management System (LMS) from the technical side including coordination with the LMS provider for white-label LMS development.
4. Provide necessary training to MML employees & students for optimal utilisation of automation & technology solutions. 
5. Add value to the growth of the organization's top line & bottom line.

• Create an engaging and knowledgeable online Shopify store to increase sales and revenue
• Extensive knowledge in HTML5
• Create bespoke Shopify themes and change pre-existing templates per pre-defined brand guidelines
• Be an expert in all aspects of the ECommerce platform
• Work with the UX and UI Design Teams to create unique, strong, and inventive front-end user experiences
• Ensure a smooth connection with Marketing Tools, Platform APIs, and Shopify Apps to optimize the shop for overall efficiency and functionality
• Test and debug websites regularly to improve performance
• Based on their findings, they provide technical support and coordination, protecting enterprises against failure
• Increase conversion rates by optimizing your website

• Develop cutting edge Roku video streaming apps for OTT
• Responsible for the technical design and development of advanced video streaming consumer applications with backend integrations and SceneGraph component customizations to meet the user satisfaction.
• Deliver app solutions across the entire app life cycle prototype to build to test to launch to support
• Keep up to date on the latest industry trends and Device / OS / IDE updates
• Optimise performance and stability as well as non-functional aspects such as logging

Desired skills

• Hands on experience on designing channels using Roku, understanding of the key UI and design principles, and handling remote-control buttons.
• Extensive hands-on experience of creating Roku app custom UI controls, high performing API integrations, advanced state management, cross device support and performance optimisation.
• Complete knowledge of SceneGraph components, XML configuration, handling application events, event loops, threads and controlling screen layouts.
• Usage of Roku advertising component, Roku Ad Library and Roku pay.
• Integration of Roku analytics and Google analytics.
• In-depth knowledge of BrightScript.
• Familiar using VS or Eclipse with Roku-plugins with make file utilities to create build and deploy.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN etc.
