Job Title: Senior Data Engineer (Kafka & AWS)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka (MSK or Confluent) and AWS services.
• Configure and manage Kafka connectors, ensuring seamless data flow and integration across systems.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in the Kafka ecosystem, including producers, consumers, brokers, topics, and schema registry.
• Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT workflows to efficiently process large volumes of data.
• Optimize data lake and data warehouse solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and Glue.
• Implement robust monitoring, testing, and observability practices to ensure reliability and performance of data platforms.
• Uphold data security, governance, and compliance standards across all data operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles.
• Proven expertise with Apache Kafka and the AWS data stack (MSK, Glue, Lambda, S3, etc.).
• Proficient in coding with Python, SQL, and Java — with Java strongly preferred.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g., CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Video Editor with 0-3 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about video editing, with a strong focus on creating engaging content for short-form videos, reels, and podcasts. This role requires the ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos, including reels, shorts, and podcasts.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Assist in on-site video shoots, ensuring all footage is captured according to project requirements.
• Perform basic color correction, sound editing, and graphic integration to enhance video quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and tools to continuously improve content quality.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing short-form content, reels, and podcasts.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and the type of content that performs well on each.
• Ability to work on-site as needed, with flexibility for occasional travel.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in basic motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with audio editing software for podcast production.
• Understanding of color grading and sound design.

Key roles:
