Job Description:

• Should have basic experience on animation principles.
• Good understanding of aesthetics and animated canvas.
• Able to understand project requirement and handle projects independently.
• Create and Edit Videos for all projects and use motion for the created videos
• Strong learning capability.
• Having a good knowledge of Excel tools
• Framework experience would be beneficial.
• Should be comfortable to work with the team.
• Strong expertise in Motion Graphics, with a blend of creative visualization, modern design, and typography.
• Proficiency in handling DSLR cameras for internal photo/video shoots and enhancing footage with effects and elements to produce high-quality videos.
• Basic knowledge of UI design is a plus, as it may be required for certain UI-related tasks and team collaboration.

Skills required:

• Demonstrated experience in a graphic and motion design position.
• A strong portfolio that highlights one's creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent time-management and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Blender 3D is a plus.
• Basic Knowledge of Lottie - web animation will be considered an added advantage.

Technical Lead

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 9+ years in software development with a proven track record of delivering scalable applications.
• Leadership Skills: 4+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, demonstrating strong mentoring abilities.
• Technical Lead must Lead and mentor a team of software developers and validation engineers.
• Technical Skills: Technical Lead must have Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, React js, SQL, MySQL, Javascript, Web API are required .NET, or Python, along with frameworks and tools used in software development.
• Technical Lead must have General working knowledge of Selenium to support current business automation tools and future automation requirements.
• General working knowledge of PHP desired to support current legacy applications which are on the roadmap for future modernization.
• Technical Lead must have Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban or similar).
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git or similar).
• Development Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies and experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment

As an Architect within a web development team, you’ll be responsible for the architecture, design, and implementation of modern JavaScript-based in-browser.

On the daily basis, you’ll actively collaborate with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams to deliver high performant complex end-to-end software solutions that support a high-traffic web application. 

More precisely you will:

• Communicate with UI/UX, business, analyze and suggest efficient solutions based on their requirements
• Define and maintain architecture roadmap, technical solutions for new and existing functionality for each part of the projects
• Take ownership over architecture qualities of front-end applications (e.g.: usability, accessibility, performance, etc.)
• Good active listener, being able to hear and include propositions from engineers in the final solution
• Deliver architectural services, including guidance and conceptual design as well as technical and process innovations
• Bring a passion to remain up to date with the latest trend of ever-changing web front-end development.
• Investigate the latest technology and build quick Proof of Concept functionalities to address future business needs
• Preparing, improving, and introducing new approaches/methodologies/tools and techniques within the department
• Work to meet delivery commitments of feature content throughout the whole Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Preparing of technical documentation

• Coordinate and manage all marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the clients.
• Brief the creative team about the client requirements, and get the job done as per the company’s standard & client’s brief.
• Work on market research to determine market requirements for existing and future prospects/clients.
• Maintain cordial relation with different media individuals
• Meet clients on a regular basis to understand their business and requirement.
• Make sure that the client receives all the material as per the committed timelines. Marketing ideas for general & Social Media Platforms.
• Manage the workflow and come up with solutions to execute jobs as per deadlines.
• Being proactive in suggesting new ideas to clients.
• Reports and Presentations would be needed on a monthly basis.
• Create presentations for a new client pitch or big promotions.
