About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer who is passionate about designing high-quality interior and exterior visualizations for luxury villa and farmhouse projects. Candidates with strong rendering, walkthrough, and architectural visualization skills who are interested in attending face-to-face interviews are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality photorealistic interior and exterior renders for luxury villa projects.
• Develop 3D walkthroughs and visualization presentations.
• Work closely with architects and interior designers to understand project requirements.
• Prepare facade designs, landscape visualizations, and material presentations.
• Coordinate with design teams for revisions and final outputs.
• Produce realistic lighting, textures, and rendering compositions.
• Ensure timely project delivery with high visual standards.

Summary/Objective:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin to join our team. The Admin will primarily handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Admin Tasks:

·        Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary.

·        Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.

·        Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

·        Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.

·        Schedule and coordinate meetings with the director, prepare agendas, meeting minutes.

·        Maintain relationships with vendors and handle vendor-related issues.

·        Make follow-up calls as needed to vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.

·        Supervise and manage housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office premises.

·        Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.

·        Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards are met and address any issues promptly.

·        Occasionally visit the market to procure required supplies.

·        Visit Aunitji's house when required for specific tasks or responsibilities.

1. Work with product managers, product marketing and engineers to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including user guides, integration guides, API developer guides, and platform documentation (tooltips, welcome instructions)

2. Buil and maintain client aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online videos, demos, guided tours, and other educational techniques

3. Learn complex concepts, and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by users

4. Act as an editor to ensure consistency in training documentation
