React Native Developer

Role and responsibilities

●       Architect, build, and maintain high-quality, performant mobile applications using React Native.

●       Implement pixel-perfect user interfaces that match designs and ensure a smooth user experience with modern animations and transitions.

●       Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to ensure a near-native performance.

●       Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both iOS and Android platforms.

●       Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers (for API integration), and product managers to align the app with business goals and user needs.

●       Maintain code quality and ensure the product is of the highest standard by writing automated tests.

●       Must be able to independently write code and test major features, as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes.

REQUIREMENTS

●       Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and ES6+ features.

●       At least 1 year’s experience in React Native.

●       In-depth knowledge of React fundamentals and the React Native framework.

●       Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Flux, or Context API.

●       Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode and Android Studio (for debugging and build processes).

●       Understanding of mobile-specific UI/UX design principles and best practices.

●       Proficiency with code versioning tools (Git) and relevant development tools/debuggers (e.g., Metro Bundler).

●       Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled React Native Mobile Developer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense and proven expertise in developing scalable, high-performance mobile applications—especially in the enterprise domain (e.g., sales team apps, sales CRM, purchase modules, and similar solutions). HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Java script – Expert level - Good understanding of concepts and should be able to realize application screens based on the UI provided by designers.
