The Opportunity:

We're seeking a talented React Developer to join our growing team and play a crucial role in building the future of AI-powered ERP. You'll be responsible for crafting beautiful, user-friendly interfaces that bring Sitara's intuitive design to life.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain highly interactive and responsive user interfaces (UIs) using ReactJS and its ecosystem.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to translate UI mockups into clean, maintainable React code.
• Implement state management solutions, component-based design patterns, and utilise hooks effectively.
• Translate UI designs into pixel-perfect CSS, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
• Write clean, well-documented code that prioritises maintainability and future growth.
• Actively participate in testing, debugging, and problem-solving to ensure a flawless user experience.
• Utilise Git version control and adhere to modern development workflows for seamless collaboration.
• Prior experience with React Native is a plus.

•      Collaborate with product teams to more accurately define new features

•      Collaborate with UX in the building of a design system/component library

● Code highly scalable software components based on the latest version of React, Redux, RxJs, CSS, HTML

We are looking for a JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js . Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.
• Experience with data structure libraries (e. g., Immutable.js ).
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial).

Responsibilities:

• Complete ownership of building and maintaining APP
• Deliver across the entire app life cycle design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support
• Open to work on both Android and iOS front end

Requirements:

• React Developer with 2 years of experience
• Solid understanding of Javascript, NodeJS fundamentals
• Full stack understanding of Backend services, API implementation and database systems.
• Experience in either iOS(Swift, Objective C, XCode) or Android(Android Studio, Java, Kotlin)
• At least 2 year of experience in React app development
• Ability to implement designs and functionality provided by UI/UX teams
• Understanding of production deployment of the app in the App Store and Play Store
