Role Overview: 

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you’ll work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and scalable systems. This is not a role where you simply execute tickets.

You’ll be expected to:

You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to create systems used by real people globally.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js (Express/NestJS)

• Develop responsive web and mobile applications using React and React Native

• Design and implement clean, scalable architectures

• Own features end-to-end: design → development → deployment

• Work on performance optimization, caching, async processing, and scalability

• Build and maintain microservices and event-driven systems

• Troubleshoot production issues and improve platform reliability

• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, deployments, and automation

• Write high-quality, maintainable, production-grade code

• Continuously improve engineering standards and development workflows

What are we looking for?

• 4–7 years of backend engineering experience

• 3+ years with React and/or React Native

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and preferably TypeScript

• Solid understanding of scalable backend systems and APIs

• Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases

• Strong understanding of caching systems like Redis

• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS

• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

• Strong debugging and performance optimisation skills

• High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Strong hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and models, including LangChain,

OpenAI (GPT-4), and LLaMA

● Proven experience in LLM orchestration, workflow management, and multi-agent

system design using frameworks such as LangGraph

● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose end-to-end solutions and

contribute at an architectural/system design level

● Experience building scalable AI-backed backend services using FastAPI and

asynchronous programming patterns

● Solid experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, S3, and Load

Balancers

● Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization for deploying and managing

AI/ML applications

● Good understanding of Transformer-based architectures and how modern LLMs work

internally

● Strong skills in data processing and analysis using NumPy and Pandas

● Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib and Seaborn for analysis

and insights

● Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), including

document ingestion, embeddings, and vector search pipelines

● Experience in model optimization and training techniques, including fine-tuning,

LoRA, and QLoRA

Nice to Have / Preferred

● Experience designing and operating production-grade AI systems

● Familiarity with cost optimization, observability, and performance tuning for

LLM-based applications
