Job Overview:

Tthis role requires to Lead the project, Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects. Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.

·      To ensure that the full compliance of sub-contractors with Company Quality policies and with the requirements of this method statement.

·      To ensure that all the equipment required executing the works according to the BMS project are available, in good condition, and provide any additional equipment that might be required.

·      To co-ordinate with the Electrical, QA, QC & EHS for a safe and proper execution of the works.

·      Liaise with Client / Consultant for execution of works as per BMS project activities

·      Collect and analyse project information to create status reports and recommend future actions

·      Allocation of required labour through co-ordination with the Project Manager.

·      Take precautionary measures concerning protecting works from hot weather, wind, rain and sun.

·      Ensure that all works activities will be carried out in accordance to approved drawings, specifications and quality.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Project Manager — Execution with 2—3 years of æxperience in PEB (pre-Engineered Buildings), Civil Construction, or MEP projects.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion, quality standards, safety, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have experience in residential or commercial projects, strong team- management skills, and the ability to independently handle and coordinate up to 3 projects simultaneously.

Kev Responsibilities

• plan, manage, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to handle up to 2-3 projects at a time. Coordinate and supervise project execution activities from project initiation through completion. Manage site teams, contractors, vendors, engineers, and other project personnel. Allocate manpower and resources effectively to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress against planned timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, Purchase, Sales, and Other internal teams for timely project execution.

• Ensure proper coordination between civil, PEB, structural, electrical, mechanical, and MEP activities, wherever applicable. Identify project-related issues, delays, and risks and take corrective actions proactively. • Ensure projects are executed within the approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.

• Act as the primary point Of contact for clients during project execution and provide regular project updates.

• Understand client requirements and ensure timely resolution of project-related queries and concerns.

• Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, site reports, and other project documentation.

• Track material requirements and coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely availability of materials at site. Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines. Conduct regular project review meetings and provide updates to management with .

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and site safety requirements. Support project handover and closure activities, including snag resolution and final client coordination.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Review MEP drawings and ensure proper site execution.
• Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project teams.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
• Inspect the quality of MEP installations.
• Identify and resolve technical and site coordination issues.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil and interior activities.
• Conduct site inspections and measurements.

·     Candidate must have independently handled and successfully completed at least 2–3 Water Supply Scheme Projects as Project Manager.

·     Candidates having experience in Jharkhand Urban Water Supply / Urban Infrastructure Projects will be given priority.

·     Experience in JJM / Rural Water Supply / Urban Water Supply Schemes will be highly preferred.

·     Strong experience in managing end-to-end project execution, from planning to commissioning and handover.

·     Experience in handling large-scale pipeline networks, WTP, Intake Well, ESR/OHSR, CWR, pumping stations, distribution networks and allied water supply infrastructure.

·     Should have sound knowledge of BOQ, drawings, specifications, work planning, resource planning and project scheduling.

·     Experience in coordinating with Jal Jeevan Mission, PHED, JUIDCO, State Government departments, consultants and other statutory authorities.

·     Strong understanding of contract management, billing, variations, claims, EOT, DPR/BOQ and client requirements.

·     Should be capable of managing multiple project teams, contractors, subcontractors, engineers and site personnel.

·     Responsible for achieving project time, cost, quality and execution targets.

·     Should have strong leadership, decision-making, coordination and problem-solving skills.

·     Good knowledge of MS Project , MS Excel, AutoCAD and project documentation will be preferred.
