Product Development and Solutions Architect

About the Role

We’re looking for an Elixir Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high performance backend systems. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to design, develop, and maintain reliable applications that power mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Elixir and Phoenix framework.

• Build scalable, fault-tolerant, and distributed systems.

• Integrate APIs, databases, and message queues for real-time applications.

• Optimize system performance and ensure low latency and high throughput.

• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver seamless solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation.

• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and deployment automation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Elixir (or strong functional programming background).

• Experience with Phoenix, Ecto, and RESTful API development.

• Solid understanding of OTP (Open Telecom Platform) concepts like GenServer, Supervisors, etc.

• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar databases.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile development.

Good to Have

• Experience with microservices architecture or real-time data systems.

• Knowledge of GraphQL, LiveView, or PubSub.

• Exposure to performance profiling, observability, or monitoring tools.

Requirements

• Senior SD4 engineer/Principal Engineer/ Architect who has led or been part of platform teams inside a large/mid tech company
• Deep expertise working with any of the programming languages to write maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code.Python experience is a bonus - but not required
• Good understanding of REST APIs and the web in general and ability to build a feature from scratch & drive it to completion
• Experience with Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Load Balancing
• Experience in building a platform team on AWS for Product based companies/start-ups

What You’ll Do

• Build the core technology platform, including Automated provisioning of infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring of services
• Build a central services directory within an organization that shows the cost and health of all services and makes the management of microservices extremely easy
• This involves working with core infrastructure and understanding them in great detail - like Kubernetes, ServiceMesh, Service security
• Mentor/coach engineers to facilitate their development and provide technical leadership

Dot Net Developer

Location: Remote

Experience required: 2-15 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise-grade applications. As a member of the team, you will be expected to take ownership of individual platform components.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing back-end web app applications.

• Creating servers and databases for functionality.

• Test and debug various applications

• Review and refactor code

• Designing and developing APIs.

• Strong understanding of relational databases

Basic Technical Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in building out enterprise-grade applications

Must have strong hands-on development experience in the following:

• .net framework (c#)

Knowledge & Experience required:

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent degree.

·        7 years of development experience as a seasoned Java developer

·        7 years of experience in developing enterprise applications using enterprise Java 8 and has worked both on Web and Server side technologies.

·        A strong Java Backend Developer with Core Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST Web-services.

·        Expertise in Java Unit Testing Frameworks and tools such as JUnit, TestNG, Mockito etc.

·        As a Senior developer, must be comfortable switching tasks between Web Services, APIs, Batch Job engine or Web Development.

·        Passionate Java developer who is also a problem solver and has a very good understanding of core and advanced Java concepts.

·        Good understanding of database and data fundamentals in SQL Server 2017, Oracle and NoSql databases.

·        Good understanding of Web Service concepts and experience building RESTful services is required.

What we are looking for:

• Deep understanding of Adobe AEM, Apache Sling, Servlets
• Experience developing applications, templates, and components for the Adobe AEM product (WCM, DAM, CRX)
• Experience customizing workflows and integration with other enterprise systems
• Demonstrated experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies
• Expertise in Java, web development experience, and other Content management system experience.
• Great understanding of Web technologies like XML, HTML, Client Server-side scripting languages such as JavaScript, JSP, and web services development using RESTful implementations.
• Should have exposure on the continuous integration build tools and code quality tools

Responsibilities

• Develop digital consumer experiences based on a foundation of the Adobe AEM product suite, including AEM, CRX, Target, and DAM
• Translate marketing and website needs into AEM specific recommendations and solutions
• Leverage AEM, other state-of-the-art technologies, and integration patterns to solve cross-departmental challenges
• Design and improve internal development methodologies around Adobe AEM solution
