Strong AI & Full-Stack Tech Lead

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, including Python for backend development and React/JavaScript for frontend, along with API/microservice integration.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have 2+ years of experience in leading technical teams, coordinating engineers, and acting as a system integrator across distributed teams.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have 1+ year of hands-on experience in AI projects, including LLMs, Transformers, LangChain, or OpenAI/Azure AI frameworks.

Mandatory (Tech Skills 1): Must have experience in designing and implementing AI workflows, including RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt orchestration.

Mandatory (Tech Skills 2): Must ensure backend and AI system scalability, reliability, observability, and security best practices.

Mandatory (Company): Must have experience working in B2B SaaS companies delivering AI, automation, or enterprise productivity solutions

Tech Skills (Familiarity): Should be familiar with integrating AI systems with enterprise platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Databricks, Azure) and enterprise SaaS environmentsx

Mandatory (Note): Both founders are based out of Australia, design (2) and developer (4) team in India. Indian shift timings.

What we’re looking for:

 - Strong expertise in Maximo Application Suite / Maximo Manage 8.x

 - Hands-on with Java, JavaScript, Jython, SQL

 - Skilled in Maximo Manage configuration & customization

-Experience with MBOs, automation scripts, REST APIs, JSON, MIF

 - Integration exposure with Salesforce & external systems

 - Knowledge of DevOps (Bitbucket, Git, CI/CD)

 - Understanding of migration process, profiles & permission settings

Responsibilities

·        You are responsible for various dimensions of testing (functional/non-functional), ensuring quality experiences for our customers.

·        With your extensive technical expertise and judgment, you are an integrated part of the software development team and define, document, analyze, perform and automate tests for products.

·        You will identify functional /non-functional issues and come up with creative resolutions from test automation.

·        You are responsible for adhering to best QA Automation practices and improving the quality of the products continuously.

·        You are responsible for creating reliability that enables and validates high quality releases at a fast pace.

·        You are responsible for creating and executing automation scripts on multiple platforms on Desktop, Mobile-Web and devices (iOS and Android app).

·        You are responsible for mentoring and guiding peer teammates for various projects.

·        Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.

·        Experience with Agile Scrum process.

·        You should have strong knowledge of different frameworks and knowledge of developing a test framework from scratch.

Desired Skills:

·        You should have a strong technical background, be detailed driven and have excellent problem-solving abilities.

·        Strong coding skills and OOD/OOP knowledge.

·        You should have around 5 -8 years of experience in test automation of Web/Mobile either.

·        You should have exposure to distributed systems or web applications/mobile applications.

·        Good to have working knowledge on performance testing and API testing tools like jmeter, Postman and rest-assured.

·        Proficiency in programming languages in Java.

·        You should have strong experience in Selenium, appium, rest-assured.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/EC/ or any Related field.

·        Previous experience as a test automation engineer (at least 3 years as SDET)

• Manage and improve the engineering process continuously and make sure the team delivers the quality code with zero-waste.
• Should provide technical leadership to major projects, but also build and manage a team of 5-8 top-notch engineers.
• Should do sprint planning and run daily stand-ups and deliver 100% hit rate.
• Maintain the legacy code base and reduce tech debt on a continuous basis.
• Able to handle multiple projects and deliver with stringent timelines without compromising the code quality.
• Work with the product team for roadmap planning and delivery as per the plan.
• Conduct sprint planning & sizing, engineering grooming, daily stand-ups, and deliver with zero spillovers.
• Prepare & publish sprint reports to the leadership team and provide visibility to stakeholders.
• Hire and mentor junior/ senior team and make them engineering champions.
• Mentor the engineering team with your technical skills to write scalable, generic, reusable code.
• Develop and Coach engineers on the team, share engineering pointers, conduct regular 1-1s with the team, and help them advance in their careers.
