About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in React and Node.js to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience building scalable applications, working with production systems, and collaborating in high-performance tech environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React and Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following OOP/FP and SOLID principles.
• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (preferably GCP or AWS).
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability in production systems.
• Utilize containerization tools like Docker for efficient development and deployment workflows.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs, including AI APIs and tools.
• Contribute to improving development processes, documentation, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with React.js (frontend).
• Solid hands-on experience with Node.js (backend).
• Good understanding of relational databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL.
• Experience working in production environments and debugging live systems.
• Strong understanding of OOP or Functional Programming, and clean coding standards.
• Knowledge of Docker or other containerization tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Golang or Elixir.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Redis, etc.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Previous experience working with AI APIs or machine learning tools.

What you’ll do:

• Work alongside Software Engineers to develop cool new features and enhancements in our platform services space that will delight our customers • Participate in elaboration and design sessions to understand and refine requirements to be implemented • Build unit tests and automation test suites to ensure our products deliver the highest quality • Collaborate with scrum team members during sprint planning and daily standups and share your accomplishments during sprint reviews • Provide constructive and honest feedback during code reviews and sprint retrospectives • Work with Enterprise Architects to design our services

What you’ll need:

• 8+ years full-stack software development experience, ideally in a SaaS or micro service-based system • Experience with our technology stack: .NET, C#, SQL, React, Web APIs and entity framework; AWS preferred • Exposure to design principles such as: SOLID/DRY design, Objectoriented design patterns, N-Tier software architecture, threading and synchronization, relational database design, etc. • A passion for problem solving and innovation with the desire to learn and grow • Ability to work well in a remote team environment and attitude to focus on team specific goals and objectives • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of collaboration, software programming and development, and technical problem solving • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

Headquartered in Delhi, and coming from a legal background, Solveasy is an end-to-end digital debt collection agency with a platform for debt resolution, collections, and recovery. We create custom debt collection software, including account receivable management, credit and risk management, analytics, and reporting. Solveasy also develops workflow automation solutions with integrated payment processing. Our platform will adapt to consumer behavior with personalized and empathetic communications to deliver the right payment option at the right time and channel. We aim to work with top financial institutions, enterprise companies, and upcoming businesses to recover billions in lost revenue

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product features from ideation, automated testing, and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
• Embrace "You build it, You run it" with ownership of the entire infrastructure across multiple deployment environments.
• Continuously learn new domain and technical concepts to maintain a deep understanding of the product strategy and system architecture.
• Leverage diverse partners in a multi-cloud ecosystem to maximize productivity and empower businesses to focus on building our core intellectual property.
• Improve our code standards, maintainability, developer experience, data privacy, security, scalability, resilience and fault tolerance.
• To work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works in the backend.
• Implement entirely new tools and applications using a modern technology stack.
• Work closely with TPM and our clients to collaborate on requirements.

Skills Needed

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks is required.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms such as LESS and SASS
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Good understanding of (Depending on the specific case, a developer should have the knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, DurandalJS etc.)
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments to an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as (Git / Mercurial / SVN)
• Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
