About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Senior Python Developer to design and build high-quality web applications and APIs. You will play a key role in system architecture & code quality. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with backend frameworks, frontend integration, and cloud deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end web applications using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and ensure security (JWT, OAuth2).
• Integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways or CRMs.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Optimize backend performance and database queries.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks, JavaScript (Angular), and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with API development and version control (Git).
• Understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud.

• Understand platform requirements & coordinate with the development agency for smooth development of our platform
• Make incremental design or developmental changes on the platform on a regular basis
• Ideate & develop new features on our platform
• Conduct regular testing of website performance & fixing bugs (either through agency or by self, whatever applicable)
• Work with UI/UX designer to implement design systems & user experiences

• Proven experience of 2-3 years as a full-stack developer or similar roles
• Experience in developing scalable desktop and mobile applications
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
• Hands on experience with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache)

Responsibilities and Duties:

Qualifications and Skills:

· 1+ Years of Work Experience.

· Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.

· Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

· Thorough functional knowledge and coding experience

· Should be computer savvy and have strong communication skills.

  KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  
  
• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in the development of scalable scale web applications.
• Proven experience in Full stack web development using Typescript, Angular1,2,4+, HTML5 and CSS3, Microservice API development, and experience in PHP/Python/Laravel and MVC frameworks is a must.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools, Code Analysis, and Test automation is preferred.
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Knowledge of advanced PHP concepts, MySQL, JSON, XML & ability to work in a LAMP/WAMP environment.
• Strong Knowledge of DB & code security along with basic server operations like Curl, Crud, cPanel.

B.S. in software development, computer science or related field (Equivalent experience also accepted) 

·  1+ years of relevant work experience in software development and design.

Our Engineering team is looking for a Sr. Full-Stack Engineer to join our base in Bangalore, KA. Your key role will be to lead architectural level discussions, define performance upgrades, undertake new initiatives to groom our engineering team and provide valuable insights on all levels. A high level overview of what this role looks like:

Engineering – 50% of time: As a leader, you will be undertaking engineering tasks which are complex in nature and also work on big modules and define the architectural layouts, both on Application, API and Database level.

Problem Solver - 30% of time: Be a Problem Solver, help our Engineering team to come up with a new solution that makes our applications - scalable, high in performance, reliable, and secure. This includes having ability to drive engagement on Engineering and also from DevOps Point of View.

Training & Improvements – 20% of time: Groom our Engineering Team, provide training, valuable insights and knowledge transfers (KT)  based on your years of experience building apps, products and delivering projects and working with different clients and teams.
