About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through engaging animations, videos, and visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities
🎨 Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual content for brand campaigns.
🎬 Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, digital marketing, and promotional activities.
✨ Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and motion designs aligned with brand guidelines.
👗 Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to develop fashion-focused visual assets.
📱 Design content for digital platforms including social media posts, reels, advertisements, and brand videos.
🖥️ Ensure consistency in visual identity, typography, colors, and overall brand aesthetics.

🎉 What will you be working on?
- You will own and manage success for named accounts. This means doing everything and anything that they are retained, grow in revenue and find success with Reo.Dev. This also includes
- Owning customer/ account onboarding and setup
- Working with them to understand their goals and explain how the product helps them in achieving these goals
- Acting as a product consultant, guiding them with settings and implementations that will be needed for them to achieve their goals
- Being the key channel of customer feedback. Liaison with various team to see that customers are able to get the desired output.
- You will own customer renewals and up-sales. This means you will:
- Own expansion revenue from your accounts
- Own relationships with customers and buyers in the account.
- Advice them on the right product packages and upgrades they might be needing in their growth journeys
- Spearhead product adoption within the customer enterprise
👯 Skill we are looking for in this role
- This is a critical role in a fast-scaling environment. We are looking at ambitious Account Managers / CS reps with experience in early stage companies . Few qualities will be preferred however:
- Past experience of working in an early SaaS startups (2-3 years) or
- Past VC/ Management Consulting Experience (3-4 years) or
- Past experience of being in a client facing role
- Past experience of managing US based accounts
- MBA from Tier 1 institutes
