Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Social Media Account Manager for our client-based social media team. This role requires a dynamic individual who can execute effective social media campaigns giving great results that meet with client’s objectives, foster a cohesive team environment, and cultivate strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of social media dynamics, a proven track record in team leadership, and exceptional communication skills.

Job Description:

● Create campaign strategies and monitor the execution to achieve the brand objectives.

● Manage social handles of the brand, like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X etc.

● Develop, implement and manage a brand's social media strategy on a monthly basis.

● In-depth knowledge of social media marketing, market trends, integration of online with offline marketing and reporting.

● Measure the success of every social media campaign, as per required metrics.

● Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is well-suited and appealing to the defined target group for respective brands.

Role Summary:

We are looking for an execution-focused, resourceful, and steadfast Project Manager to manage site hygiene, drive Below-The-Line (BTL) activities, liaise with vendors, and ensure flawless execution of all site-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong industry contacts, vendor networks in Pune, and an eye for innovation in site execution and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

 Site Hygiene and Maintenance: Ensure high standards of site upkeep, visual merchandising, and overall appearance always.

 BTL Activities: Plan, organize, and drive on-ground marketing activities including events, exhibitions, site branding, roadshows, and customer engagement programs.

 Vendor Management: Build and maintain a strong network of reliable vendors and suppliers in Pune for design, fabrication, event setups, branding, and other site requirements.

 Execution Excellence: Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and vendors to implement innovation structures and new marketing ideas at the site.

 Resourcefulness: Source cost-effective, high-quality solutions quickly and efficiently; negotiate rates and contracts with vendors.

 Innovation: Constantly scout for new ideas, design trends, structures, and creative installations that can enhance site attractiveness and customer experience.

 Budget Adherence: Manage costs effectively and ensure all activities are completed within the allocated budgets.

 Reporting: Maintain documentation, reports on vendor performances, BTL effectiveness, and site condition audits.

 Compliance: Ensure all site-related activities are in line with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Bachelor& degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).

 3-6 years of relevant experience in real estate, events, marketing, or project execution roles.

 Strong vendor network in Pune across design, branding, events, and infrastructure.

 Hands-on approach, with a keen eye for quality and detail.

 Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

 Ability to handle pressure, multiple projects simultaneously, and work within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination

• Attend meetings and assist in determining project documentation requirements.
• Plan project progress by defining sub-goals, milestones, tasks, time, and resource planning.
• Cooperate in setting benchmark figures for project implementation and decision-making.
• Use project scheduling and control tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) to monitor project plans, work hours, and task progress.
• Plan personnel utilization, determine responsibilities, and create a personnel plan.

Project Administration and Documentation

• Provide project administration support and monitor project requirements.
• Create and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and ensure they are shared with stakeholders.
• Document project progress, including maintaining a project log and project file.
• Maintain a Contract Execution Tracking Log to ensure client requirements are met on time.
• Document problems and resolutions for future reference.

Progress Tracking and Reporting

• Track the progress and quality of work being performed by the team and escalate priority issues as needed.
• Monitor project risks and hazards, taking appropriate measures for avoidance.
• Effectively communicate project updates to clients and the internal team, ensuring clarity and timeliness.
• Track and follow up on pending approvals from clients, especially those related to UX or design decisions.

Team Support and Mentorship

• Manage personnel responsible for project tasks, including holding regular work meetings, motivating staff, and managing conflicts and crises.
• Mentor and ensure the team continually strives for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Understand the functionality of the application being developed and keep the team updated.
• Maintain consistency in icons, fonts, styles, and functionalities across projects.

Technical Involvement

• Analyse user specifications and requirements to convert them into wireframes or actionable tasks.
• Estimate deliverables and ensure they are delivered on time.
• Assist with technical understanding of application functionality, ensuring alignment with client needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven 2 to 12 years of professional experience in Node.js development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax
• Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
