Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage monthly/quarterly P&L statements and financial reports
• Build and maintain MIS dashboards for leadership review
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Oversee platform finance for BXI's B2B marketplace — including wallet management, transaction reconciliation, and fund flows
• Track and report on financials of onboarded companies on the platform
• Manage KYC compliance for companies onboarded on the platform
• Drive vendor partnerships in the finance/payments ecosystem and manage ongoing relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Sales, Ops) on finance-related processes
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors and consultants

What We're Looking For:

• CA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification
• 5–8 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a fintech, marketplace, or product-led company preferred
• Strong command of P&L, MIS, and budgeting — not just reporting but analysis and insights
• Exposure to platform or wallet-based financial products will be a strong advantage
• Experience handling KYC/onboarding compliance processes
• Vendor and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with accounting tools (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a lean team setup

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the account opening process (Resident Indians, NRI and Non individuals) and AIF accounts, ensuring a smooth and efficient client onboarding experience.
• KYC: End to end understanding and process towards - registration, modification and validation.
• Understanding of various investment products viz MF, Direct Equity, Bonds, AIF etc.
• Processing various types of transactions (Commercial and non- commercial), of all investment products
• End to end coordination with clients and internal teams to gather required information and documentation for account setup.
• Communication and coordination with various vendors, custodians, and internal departments to address client queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Leverage technology platforms to streamline and automate onboarding processes.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience: Minimum 3-7 years of experience in account opening, ideally within PMS or AIF services.
• Platform Experience: Proficiency in Wealth Spectrum is an added advantage.
• Process & Execution Skills: Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and ability to execute tasks efficiently.
• Client Service Orientation: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for addressing client needs and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience

• 3+ years of Experience majoring in applying AI/ML/ NLP / deep learning / data-driven statistical analysis & modelling solutions.
• Programming skills in Python, knowledge in Statistics.
• Hands-on experience developing supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms (regression, decision trees/random forest, neural networks, feature selection/reduction, clustering, parameter tuning, etc.). Familiarity with reinforcement learning is highly desirable.
• Experience in the financial domain and familiarity with financial models are highly desirable.
• Experience in image processing and computer vision.
• Experience working with building data pipelines.
• Good understanding of Data preparation, Model planning, Model training, Model validation, Model deployment and performance tuning.
• Should have hands on experience with some of these methods: Regression, Decision Trees,CART, Random Forest, Boosting, Evolutionary Programming, Neural Networks, Support Vector Machines, Ensemble Methods, Association Rules, Principal Component Analysis, Clustering, ArtificiAl Intelligence
