Job Description:

We are looking for a highly driven and technically strong Technical Project Lead to manage and guide our Website Development and Digital Platforms team across web, mobile, cloud, and AI-driven projects.

Experience : 5 – 8+ Years

This role requires a strong balance of:

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling complete project cycles while also mentoring developers and improving engineering processes across the team.

Key Responsibilities : 

1. Technical Project Ownership

● Manage end-to-end project execution across:

● Coordinate with UI/UX, developers, QA, DevOps, and content teams

● Ensure projects are delivered on time with quality and performance standards maintained

2. Technical Leadership & Guidance

● Guide developers on architecture, debugging, optimization, and best practices

● Conduct code reviews and technical reviews

● Support the team in solving backend, frontend, infrastructure, and deployment issues

● Identify technical gaps and help upskill the team

3. Client Communication & Escalation Handling

● Participate in client discussions and technical solutioning calls

● Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks

● Handle technical escalations and delivery concerns proactively

● Provide regular project updates and technical clarity to stakeholders

4. Process & Delivery Management

● Ensure smooth coordination between:

○ Design

○ Development

○ QA

○ Deployment

● Improve deployment processes, code quality, and documentation practices

● Maintain visibility into project status, blockers, and timelines
