Job Role:

Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services. Utilize engineering knowledge to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive sales quotations, proposals, andcontracts. Ensure all customer communications are clear, professional, and effective. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and follow up on leads. Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer with 2–5 years of experience, proficient in .NET Core and experienced with cloud platforms (AWS preferred or Azure).

You will be responsible for building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs, integrating with cloud components, and ensuring robust data handling.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using .NET Core 6 or above.
• Develop and manage Web APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.
• Work with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS: Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, CloudWatch, S3; or Azure: AppService, Functions, AzureSQL, EventHub, Blob Storage).

As a core member of the Software Development team, you will be responsible for the architecture, coding, development, testing and release of customer applications hosted both on-premise and on-cloud. Candidates with proven experience in both Frontend and Backend Development (predominantly Backend Development) with prior experience in deploying applications on AWS/Azure cloud will be preferred.

You will be leading a small team of developers (not more than 3 at a time) on a given project, and be a client-facing SPOC to work with the client and meet stringent deadlines.
