Our Client is the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for an Manager – Performance Marketing for its Services Hub . In this role, you will be responsible for a massive opportunity to build and be a part of largest performance marketing setup. This role assumes responsibility of crafting a performance strategy for clients and create success stories.
This role reports to the Director – Performance Marketing
What your day job looks like -
● Develop strong relationships with counterparts in regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia)
● Support the training and growth of your local Social team
● Enforce Social best practices with a focus on platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work delivery
● Be accountable for consistent work delivery to regional teams by ensuring a high quality of output
● Serve as point of escalation for your team and take ownership of resolving any issue
● Provide career development and coaching for your team
● Line manage 2-5 direct reports
● Provide timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development, improvement, and progress. Provide awareness and recognition for jobs well done
● Present strong and effective communication across all levels

- Strategizing & executing to improve Key Retention Metrics i.e Repeat Rate, % of Repeat Revenue, Revenue Per Customer, etc.
- Analyzing Regular Customer Cohort Performance, both on a product & company level.
- Developing the product subscription business on the website.
- Build retention marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation.
- Drive User Engagement in Lower Funnels using user engagement platforms
- Build the Customer Loyalty Programme for the brand.
- Creating Email & Marketing Strategy to increase repeat rate & overall basket size.
- Profiling Key Customer Groups Regularly
- Conducting Survey & Research to better understand Repeat Customer Behaviour & Habits
- Analyze and track performance - activation, engagement, retention and churn data analyzing experience is required.

- Develop and execute Performance Marketing campaigns to help acquire and retain customers, as well as upsell its products or services
- Strong understanding of Data, Funnels, Performance Metrics
- Understand the needs, motivation, and behavior of users and define priorities of tests based on impact, confidence, and easiness
- Work with the engineering, design, and product team to implement tests quickly
- Track, measure and analyze performance & continuously optimize them
- Gather input from customers and various internal departments, and use this information to establish growth targets and choose key performance indicators.

Job Overview
The Performance Marketing Specialist will work to help scale social advertising efforts geared towards growing profitable e-commerce revenue. This role is for someone who is able to find efficient growth via Ad Platform, and who will explore opportunities in International channels.
You thrive in building, maintaining, and optimising digital advertising campaigns and have an experimental and methodological approach. The position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skill, perseverance, and results-oriented problem-solving.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and create the Performance Marketing Budget and ensure that User Acquisition and Retention performance reach the business objectives.
- Create affiliate and manage social media paid ad campaigns.
- Have executed lead generation proficiently through ad campaigns for an Ecommerce Website.
- Leverage data insights to identify root causes (i.e in daily channels operation) & build solutions, develop new ideas to improve and support branding department initiatives.
- Understand the markets in which we are performing and suggest new strategies on top of the competition.
- Work with other departments (e.g. product development, creative, merchandising, and sales) to ensure goal and strategy alignment, as well as to maintain brand identity

Qualifications & Criteria:
- Fluent in written English
- 3+ years of hands-on e-commerce marketing experience, including some form of social advertising
- A self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an appetite for learning
- Moderate to advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, graphs, etc.)
- Demonstrable success in improving account performance in direct response Facebook advertising, and a desire to champion. A similar online ad experience will be considered as well.
- Ability to uncover insights from data and use quantitative methods to answer questions and to find opportunities for optimisation
- An eye for good design and can create ad concepts quickly leveraging basic design thinking (note: graphics design experience is not required)
