you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution in managing Ceo work. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, assisting with travel bookings, managing itineraries, and providing timely support to our clients before, during, and after their travels.

• Keeping executive staff meeting minutes and agendas
• Act as gatekeeper, time advocate, and liaison creating efficiency and balance for your leaders’ schedule
• Coordinate internal and external meetings including but not limited to team meetings, off-site, one-on-ones, speaking engagements, and personal engagements
• Working closely with our CEO, helping drive cross-functional projects and associated timelines.
• Working with the executive team to facilitate the deliverables on key executive staff projects.
• Manage the tracking and progress of quarterly OKRs
• Offer coordination support for any candidate interviews as needed
• Book all domestic and international travel, taking into account costs, and proper documentation for any international travel using Navan or airlines directly (for both professional and personal travel)
• Handle multiple requests for the Executive’s time, utilizing strong judgment in prioritizing requests
• Format documents and presentations
• Run personal projects and errands for our CEO, as needed.

• Proven experience in any high-level programming languages like Java (Preferably)
• Strong knowledge of data structure, algorithms and coding
• Experience with any Messaging technologies like Kafka or Rab-bitMQ, etc.
• Proven experience in database technologies like NoSQL
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Security, Spring boot, and Hibernate framework.
• Working knowledge of developing Restful Micro services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Attend team meetings to discuss projects, brainstorm ideas, and put forward solutions to any issues.
• Ability to understand the Platform/domain of the business in detail & Ability to multi-task.
• Good communication and organizational skill

• Taking brand ownership and managing brand strategy, PR activities
• Collaborating with external stakeholders and internal teams to establish superior brand positioning and a strong value proposition to our target group, defining our corporate identity
• Strategizing and drafting all external communication material for corporate partnerships, website, public relations and media
• Translating brand strategy into the brand plan and go-to-market strategy
• Working closely with the Marketing team
• Ensuring content meets business objectives while adhering to brand guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's/ Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, public relations, or communications
• 1-3 years of experience in content writing; experience in digital content would be a plus
• Superior writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to craft and deliver key messages to a variety of audiences
• Reputation for being a grammar Nazi
• Ability to identify and leverage opportunities to advance the team's communications objectives in creative and memorable ways that utilize a variety of media
• Ability to manage multiple projects and engagements simultaneously

3. PHP Reporting Tools (Jasper etc.)

5. Understanding of responsive design frameworks such as bootstrap
6. MEAN Stack - Good to have
